I was set up at a craft event and the property was 10 miles away and that made it good for me since I live over an hour away from the event location. The room was nicely decorated and cozy. Hostess was very welcoming and friendly. Respected my privacy after check in. Always quick to respond to my questions. The landscaping is very good. I love the palms and the new swings, even though I didn’t get to enjoy it due to the rainy weather.

Upon check in I was sent by text a picture of the house rules. On that list it is stated there is NO SMOKING inside ONLY outside. The room is in their remodeled basement with 1 central a/c vent which is in the bathroom , thank goodness. To my dismay I was awakened one night at 12:40 a.m. to a very strong smell that made me nauseous. Once awake I realized it was smoke coming through the bathroom vent from upstairs. I turned on the exhaust fan and eventually went back to sleep. I understand it is their home but feel it was very disrespectful while having the room occupied by a paying guest.

Private drive way and plenty of outdoor sitting. Large room to relax and plenty of bathroom counter space. The host was really nice and communicative!

It is a basement booking with private entrance, i thought was separated building from pictures of door on patio that ended up being garage, so my mishap there; so you do hear footsteps once in awhile upstairs. But wasn't anything unbearable like most places.

The Studio was amazing. It was gorgeous quiet and comfortable. I like that it had a mobile fan to place close to the bed so that i can have a cooler comfort. If you take a stroll through the home it is amazing and wonderful. Really well kept and maintained. It was perfect for me because it was close to my wife's mothers home.

Didn't have a kitchenette or sink to be able to make breakfast or clean dishes afterwards. Tv could be a bit bigger for better entertainment.

The host, Maria (I hope I have her name correct), was so welcoming and considerate I can't say enough good things about her. What I can say is I would have rated my experience 100 if given the opportunity. Thank you for being a beautiful person and gracious host, Maria ❤️!!

I was traveling for work and it was a damp chilly February trip. The accommodations were spectacularly clean and the heat was wonderful; took the chill/damp out of the air and I could close the blackout curtains and pretend the weather was not so terrible. Hostess was wonderful, all the amenities and clean clean clean. The grounds are spectacular and hope to enjoy the outdoor area next time, as I will definitely be back! My pics don't do it justice, as it was a wet February trip and I did not keep any inside pics as the pics on the website looked better than mine so I deleted them :-D. The floors are amazing.

The grounds are lovely and spacious, I can walk around and relax after work. I even saw a bunch of deer one morning! The cute porch with seating, an outdoor table with umbrella all to myself, and a grill. I went and sat in the gazebo for a little bit too. Just beautiful and peaceful.

Appointments were beautiful. Very clean. Grounds well kept, beautiful and peaceful. Full size fridge was great! Host very accommodating.

Difficult to exit shower, steep step, particularly if short, poor balance or weak legs. A grab bar on wall would be great. Maybe a step. Electrical strip for bed lamp and guests computers and phones would nice. We had our own.

Super comfortable place to stay. I travel for work and this is my go to place now by far. Can’t wait to be able to use the fire pit and grill this spring! Hope to be able to spend time with the host in the future too but have been coming in late and leaving early due to business. Marcia has been very kind, welcoming, and friendly.

The room is awesome it's clean and comfortable we had the opportunity to view the property, get out door pictures from great views, if I'm ever in Hampton Georgia I know where I'll stay , its just beautiful,most of all our host were outstanding, we had a wonderful stay

My stay were too short

Easy to enter the property. Very spacious. All the amenities of home. The property looks excellent and is well maintained. Direct TV is on-site. We would stay again if we are in the area.

The only item I would improve would be a few of the solar lights at the entrance to the driveway. It's a winding country road and a bit tough to find at night. It's easier if no one is behind you but that wasn't the case for us, a car always seemed to be right on our tail as we were trying to find the driveway.
