This hotel is modern and clean. It's in a great location as far as restaurants are concerned and some shopping. It's right off the highway and the staff is really nice. I had a king corner room, which was huge and nicely decorated. It had a nice long desk and lounge chair with another table for eating your meals or for doing some work.

The first night, the bed felt really comfortable, but it didn't bounce back, and there was a sink in the middle that was not as comfortable the second night. The bathroom mirror isn't great for doing makeup, and the shower was hot, but the sink water never got hot, plus the fixture was loose.

Breakfast was subpar but it is a hotel so it was good for what it was, both rooms that I rented were great and clean, me and my family including my animals were all comfortable while leaving for the storm. I've never had any real issues with La Quinta Inn Close to home nor out of state.

The doors going in and out of the building were broken so it created a little bit of an inconvenience when taking or bringing stuff into the hotel. Also not all workers do their job, I technically had to stay twice and the first worker didn't make me sign really anything, just one paper; then when I checked in again, I was given like three papers to sign! I told the receptionist that I had been there all week and didn't have to sign anything the first time around and he said " most likely someone wasn't doing their job honestly". Other than that. stay was amazing!

As soon as we walked in, I knew that it was going to be a great experience. The lobby was spacious and beautiful. Our king suite was also great and well worth the price. Our room was right by the elevator and we could barely hear any noise so that was also a plus. Breakfast was great too.

The only “negative” thing was in the bathroom, when opening and closing the bathroom door, the bottom of the door would hit the floor and cause it to scrape the floor. We’d really have to push hard to open it all the way and close it. I also wish the shower had more shelves or just storage to put shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles. But these were not such a big deal.

Taylor was super helpful in our registration process ess when we arrived. Above and beyond her role, she took care of us. Great beds, comfy. Very quiet hotel,except for the door on the first level at the side entrance. There was a young gentleman that assisted us on the morning we checked out on 9/28 that was super friendly, very helpful. Great staff. Will definitely return.

Side entrance door was loud!!!! MEGA LOUD!!!

We have stayed here several times. We like that it is a newer hotel and far off the 75 freeway so you don’t hear the traffic. Great selection on restaurants nearby. Staff is friendly and professional. We did ask to change our room as there was a urine smell. Front desk was quick to accommodate and our second room was fine. Bed is comfortable. Like having a functioning refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was good.

The property feels safe and there is plenty near by to eat. I have stayed here on multiple occasions but this time I had an allergic reaction to some food I had eaten and the staff that night was awesome. I was on my way out the door headed to the hospital and I told the girl at the front desk I was going to need to stay another night because of it but I couldn’t stop to handle things to just note it in my account so I didn’t lose my room. She did and also told me don’t worry about anything and that she hope I was going to be ok.

Assistant manager was very warm, welcoming and professional.. truly a stand out! We stayed 3 nights for a basketball showcase at Morrow HS, so this location was perfect with the drive being under 20 minutes. Beds were very comfortable. Having daily housekeeping service was much appreciated! Many hotels have stopped offering this, so it was so nice to walk in our room to freshly made beds and clean towels. Free breakfast was a big help on the budget! My husband enjoyed making his own waffles. I liked the tea/coffee station that was available 24/7.

Pool was in the parking lot - didn't look enticing at all! Maybe add a few tall fake palm trees and other decor to warm up the space... it just looked very sterile. I didn't like the scrambled eggs. They were too crumbly and annoying to eat. An egg casserole made of sausage and cheese would have been nice. While I appreciated the coffee station, having cold lemon water would have been a nice addition since everyone doesn't drink coffee or hot tea... and especially since it was so hot outside.

This was a very modern and comfortable property. The walk in shower was perfect for my handicapped husband.

The toilet seat was not secure. It needed to be tightened. When I asked the man at the front desk to send someone up to tighten it, he told me that they had already left so nobody was available. I asked if he had a screwdriver so I could fix it and he said that he would try to find one in the maintenance closet. I told him that I had a screwdriver in the car and I would repair it myself. I was disappointed because I have to fix everything at home since my husband had his stroke. When I’m on vacation I don’t want to do any repairs.☹️

Convenience to Highway & shopping

I was charged for the room prior to arrival. I was then told I would be charged again for the room plus holding fee and that the amount I already paid was an authorization hold? Needless to say I did not want my card charged $135 twice and this never happened to me before. Spoke with the manager, then the dark skin guy with dreads said “oh you’ll be charged the holding fee” for incidentals and that’s it now???? Other than that mishap I’ll stay again but will make sure I just book directly to their website versus third party

My first impression came immediately walking through the door. The facility was beautifully clean, nicely designed, calming, and bright… I then was greeted by “Ms. Ty”. Ms. Ty is an asset. She was attentive, very pleasant, very business oriented. She seamlessly took care of my check-in with ease. She has a warm, calm, and pleasant demeanor. In a time where great service is extremely lacking, Ms. Ty was most definately a pleasant surprise. The hotel was clean, quiet, and inviting from the beginning and I was very very pleased and the room did not disappoint. I was very pleased at the cleanliness and comfort. I have not been this impressed with a hotel in years. I always bring my cleaning products with me when I travel so that I can feel comfortable while occupying the room. I immediately knew when I walked into the room that for the first time in a very long that I was not going to have to pre-clean my room before I could shower and relax.. I would recommend this particular hotel with great certainty.
