Great property. Staff were great. The problem was that Booking contacted me and the property the morning of check in and said I had neglected to check in. Checkin was not for another 4 hours. Booking cancelled my reservation and took my $400. The hotel manager got me another room but I had to pay the hotel after paying Booking in full. Booking refused to pay the hotel. They refuse to refund my money. I have tried to reach Booking. No one will respond to me. Booking lied to my credit card company so they are making me pay. I have used Booking for years but I will never use them again. No one will assist me with this.

Breakfast was excellent but the bathroom in our room was perfect. Shelves to put stuff on, footrest to shave the legs and lots of places to hang the towels

More outlets on the night stand and easily accessible would be great. Traveling with three kids all using tablets and headphones requires lots of outlets

Very well maintained and clean. The staff is super friendly and a special note about Rachel at the front desk. She helped get a first floor room after finding out about issues with our pet. She went above and beyond and was super pleasant! Would definitely recommend staying here.

The luggage cart could not fit through the door because the door stop was poorly placed. The bathroom mirror had not been cleaned.

The breakfast was good. I am not a breakfast person, but there were options for me. The exercise room was nice, a bit small but was accommodating.

Price. Kind of pricey for the area.

Hotel lobby and rooms were very clean. It Appeared to be a newer hotel and the best for the area. They provided a hot breakfast which is always a plus to save money from eating out. Breakfast Area was very clean. Staff was nice as well. They gave us water bottles at check out to take with us for the kids.
