Booking.com cancelled our original room with 2 beds bc we didn't check in until later, but Baymont made sure to give us another room, although it wasn't what we needed we made it work with some air mattress. The room was very clean,smelled nice, ice machines worked, the bed was super comfortable and the location was generally peaceful.

Pickers can't be choosers but the continental breakfast was pretty disappointing. They had cereal, yogurt, bananas, muffins, bagels, and waffles. It just wasn't for us, so we walked out, however, they do offer something, so not really a complaint

I love the fact that the price was the actual price. And there was no extra charges when checking in. The room was clean. And the air is amazing. There wasn’t any loud guest so super quiet. The staff was so accommodating. I didn’t book an accessible room but I asked could I get a downstairs and they gave one.

The only thing was lack of towels but that wasn’t a big deal for me, but overall I have no complaints about staying here. I would definitely book here again if I need to.

The first and best thing I appreciated, was actually a person. And I am so disappointed that I have forgotten his name. He was on duty at the front desk when I arrived at almost 2 AM on Saturday morning July 1st. But before that, he was kind and patient with me when I called several times. Upon my arrival, he greeted me warmly, checked me in efficiently, and provided information about breakfast. I was tense and exhausted from being lost while looking for Anderson, and then the hotel. My interaction with this young man, was calming. I was still so very tired, but emotionally, I was much better. Something else I noticed and appreciated, were the books available in the lobby. While I had books with me, it made me happy to see this thoughtful amenity. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. I am completely satisfied with my overall experience as your guest.

The only thing that could have been a problem was not having a remote control that worked for the television. I received a replacement, and that didn't work either. But, as I said, "could have been a problem." The fact is, I don't have a TV at home, so not being able to turn on the one in my room was not a big deal.

I enjoyed the privacy and the location

Behind the property was a lot of ways to make any mother worry about there children and I got a phone call directly to my room about someone going to hurt me and my kids and I expressed my concerns and called the cops and not no one seemed to care or even offer services the cops never even showed up to look around the property for our safety

The man timing the front desk was friendly. It was 1 o'clock and I'm used to people at that time of night just coasting through the check in, but he was engaged and helpful.

The bed was ok. That was the only moment I thought "you get what you pay for". Still a great value and it wasn't uncomfortable, just wasn't super soft.
