Hosts are VERY welcoming, the breakfasts were the most delicious meals I’ve had in a long time, bed was super comfy (stayed in room 5, King bed), felt very private. Easy check in, check out. Very close to Clemson, and I was able to get back and forth to help move my daughter into off campus housing with minimal traffic issues as the location is south of campus, so I skirted all the major traffic from all the traffic congestion during move in week on Clemson campus.

The only thing I didn’t love was there were no blackout shades in the room and it felt very light even with all the lights off.

Quiet, cool and dark for sleeping, and convenient to nearby location, felt safe. Room and common areas exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated with attention to detail without being overdone. Hosts able to meet dietary request. Breakfast beautifully presented, promptly served, and delicious.

My room, which had two single daybeds lined up against wall, was very small and lacked chair, end table, glass or coffee cup, although small coffee maker was provided. Not comfortable for lounging or watching tv- had to sit on bed. Cable tv only; no streaming service. Sink in bedroom area rather than in attached bath, which would have be privacy issue if traveling with a friend. Had some trouble using the keypad lock, which took several attempts to lock when going out.

This was a really beautiful well loved property. We stayed two nights whilst touring the Carolina’s, Tennessee and Georgia. It was very welcoming with clear arrival instructions. There were some sweets and other refreshments left for guests which was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. The lights were always on giving the house a very welcome feel. Beautiful tasteful decor throughout. Superb value. The cheapest accommodation over a 16 night trip but the cheapest by far so excellent value

3 tiny niggles but still deserving of a 10 1 the shower and bathroom floor (room 6) were dangerously slippy when wet 2 we Europeans like a wee bit of toast and butter at breakfast 3 the man of the house was not friendly and was in my view not terribly approachable

Loved the decor and layout of the facility. Breakfast was fresh, well portioned and made with love. The room entry was easy to follow and felt secure. Our room was exactly what we expected and made for a comfortable stay. Parking was easy to find and very close to the front entrance. Hosts (Devon) communicated the details of our stay really well and was very welcoming. Overall a great stay, incredible attention to detail and 100% a better alternative than local hotels. Favorite part was the 2nd floor balcony with the many rocking chairs, our schedule didn’t allow for a long time to relax but it was nice way to enjoy my morning coffee and get a view of the front yard

Very little we didn’t like. There are sacrifices made with staying at a B&B that may not accommodate all guest, no mini fridge or kitchenette like you might find at a hotel and climate controls were not available to adjust the temp of our room but we didn’t not feel uncomfortable in that regard, just something to point out for those new to a B&B experience.

The inn is charming and spacious. We felt welcome. The location is close to the little downtown area where there were a few different restaurants.

We had a little trouble checking in because the front door lock did not accept the code. W2e also did not receive a text message from our host telling us how to reach her because of a typo in the phone number when it was sent. Breakfast isn't served until 8:30 which is late for people on a road trip.

The home is absolutely gorgeous, the owners (Andy and Devon) and the staff are incredibly kind, the value is amazing, and the breakfast is beyond belief. It was a perfect place for my family (17 year old daughter, 5 year old son, and my wife and I) to stay while we visited Clemson. It's only about 7 minutes from the campus! I highly recommend it!

Nothing at all!

Big bed, good room lighting, plenty of outlets, plenty of room for bags and clothes, clean, everything was in working order, nice parking lot, good breakfasts, close to our destination, not a hotel/motel.

We had no way of adjusting our room temp (it was very warm when we returned at 11:00 p. m.), it would be nice to know what was planned for breakfast as 1 of us was on a weight-loss diet and one breakfast didn't have much that was allowed on the diet so maybe offer a couple options that guests select the night before.

This was the second time we stayed there. The inn is beautifully decorated and all of the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is very creative and delicious. Not your standard hotel breakfast for sure. We look forward to getting back there soon. This is the best thing out there in the Clemson area if you are visiting a student for the weekend.

Gorgeous property, extremely wonderful staff. All around excellent experience. This beautiful old house is spacious and welcoming. Numerous quiet spots for conversation or working.

My room got a little warm and stuffy, but I notified staff and they turned on the AC. No facial tissues in rooms, and low quality toilet paper was surprising considering the caliber of everything else.

Amazing location, spotless, great breakfast, and wonderful host!! Angela was a delight to talk with and get to know. You really felt wanted. Not the experience you'd get at any other hotel nearby! Within 10 mins from Clemson's campus at a better price, cuter location, and more homey feel. You can't beat it! 10/10 recommend.
