Walking distance to restaurants and shopping 🛍

My room was not cleaned the next day(Saturday morning.) I was not informed and did not know you were to let housekeeping know if you wanted this done. Saw them in the hall and figured they were coming: well, late Saturday afternoon we figured that part out. Put that on your site for booking. Outlet in bathroom does not work(Room126)

Neat, modern hotel. Cool artwork around the place. We didn't use anything except the room and breakfast (which was good) though.

Arrived late and needed dinner. Staff really didn't have recommendations for us. Handed us a sheet with info, but no way to know if they were still open besides checking each one ourselves. Not outrageous, but would have been nice if he was more knowledgeable.

Location, cleanliness, comfort bed, staff.👍

A small quibble: an early Saturday afternoon message enquiring if I wanted to upgrade to a room with a view, I didn’t. But to let everyone know, the property is in the city surrounded by a road, a busy highway, and a nice shopping center🤣: I did not see how spending more could have helped with “a view”.

We liked the pleasant atmosphere, the beds, the friendly staff and the parking lot. It's located very good too. Free coffee and you can make your own iced coffee with flavors. Great bathroom. Clean.

Breakfast was okay but nothing special. The pancake machine could be awesome if it works properly. We woke up at 6am from the alarm in the room (clock); housekeeping should check this. We didn't play pool but you can see that the cues were well worn.

The facility was clean and nice. The room was spacious enough for my needs. Hannah at the front desk was excellent during our entire stay. The breakfast was pretty good as well for a complimentary brekafast.

No microwave in the room.

The breakfast was fine I like the pancake maker and the staff was very nice.

The ice machine didn’t have ice and it didn’t have a pool but it was clean. It would have been nice to have a chair in the room I don’t like sitting on the bed when I’m not in it.

It was very simple and modern. Clean.

This isn’t a property issue exactly, however, nowhere on booking.com. or the website did it say that there is a $75 fee for pets. It simply says that pets are allowed.

Excellent quick breakfast. Friendly staff. Beds comfy. Best shower ever outside of a very glam hotel.

While I get pegs on the wall, given we were traveling with clothes for a wedding a closet would be helpful. It’s the way you are built but in room air conditioning is noisy and not easy to regulate. It’s either too cold or warm.

Staff was very friendly. They let us in 30 min. early, so we didn't have to wait outside.

We had a typical hotel breakfast. It would help to add almond milk as not everyone uses half & half and creamers.

I liked the location and that it was walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The staff was excellent and accommodating. I would definitely go back for my next visit.
