Every time we have stayed here several times, due to location to our family and the value.

I didn't like being locked out of my room bc I have a 22lb service dog, they have never said a word of the past 7 times, then when I told the lady abs gentleman at the front desk he was a service dog he still was gonna charge me, my dog is clean cleaner than most ppl does not use the bathroom in any insides well Manged, don't just bark at cry out. I was very upset so I ask to speak to the owner, the guy called the lady told her what was going on, the lady on the other end of the phone said o no sorry sorry sorry you don't have to pay and for your trouble being locked out she gave us our 1st of 3 nights, but I haven't seen the money put back on my card, they still charged me for all 3 days. Anyways all they had to do is ask me about him from the beginning.

The Indian lady that checked my room accused me of smoking in my room when I wouldn't ever risk getting kicked out, possibly getting the cops called, or breaking the rules at all......I smoked OUTSIDE MY ROOM AND ON THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING.... SHE REFUSED TO GIVE MY DEPOSIT BACK !!! I needed that money ☹️ I really really needed that $100 back but she just wouldn't...I clean up after my self always I put all the trash cans together up front I wipe everything down I put my dirty wet towels together in a pile or bag...I stay quiet I stay to myself and I go above and beyond to make sure I'm respectful and clean.. It's just not right but I didn't fuss I walked away and proceeded to break down crying...

The staff were amazing. The beds were actually really comfortable and the room was big enough for us. The bathroom was huge. Everything you would need is right there at the hotel from dining, gas stations, shopping etc. It's the perfect spot. I'd def stay again. We only tried the breakfast once. The reviews made me a little uncertain but we really had no complaints.

The water pressure was really low but it wasn't awful enough we couldn't wash.

They have the best beds ever. I sleep so good. Kelly and the other white lady that works the desk are good especially Kelly she's wonderful. Always went out of her way to help me. Now when it comes to the man who owns it not very nice and his wife very unpleasant women not very nice people.

The location was convenient, very close to a main highway, not a place you'd get lost looking for. Breakfast offered all the food groups, and there were several different bread options such as waffles, muffins, and toast. Peanut butter would have been nice, but jelly and vegetable butter packets kept things interesting. Staff let me take a banana for the road.

Perhaps a label of some sort to explain the shower controls might have been nice, but playing with it a bit yielded the necessary results. The bathroom could have used a small rack or shelf for placing the clothes you intend to change into (the back of the toilet is fine, but for those who wear glasses, you don't want to place them where they could get knocked into the toilet!)

We had a wonderful stay in Seneca at the Quality Inn. It was very convenient location, the room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was "exceptional" and friendly!! I normally never stay in a motel type of hotel, but this exceeded my expectations. We definitely will be back :)

I was traveling alone as a female. I'm not comfortable with numerous men hanging out late at night by the pool. They appeared to be playing cards. They were quiet, and I didn't hear noise so that is good! I don't normally stay at hotels with outside door entry but I slept well and the bed was comfortable even when it squeaked a bit. The room had all necessary amenities.

Employees were awesome. Place was clean.

There was no fault of facility, but our neighbors were loud outside the door. They kept hanging out, and we believed smoking as we smelled a faint smell of smoke ever once in a while. They did settle down and got quiet at a decent hour. The place was packed as people were there cause of power outages from Helene, so we kinda expected that.

Everything was very nice. Staff was always welcoming and friendly each time we interracted. Breakfast was decent. Room was clean and comfortable.

The lady at the desk was unable to tell us where the room was. We arrived late and had to look for the room. She said it was out front when in fact it was around back and on the opposite side from where she said. Our second night there we got to the hotel at 9:00 p.m., and the door to the room next door was wide open. In the morning, it was still wide open. Apparently no one had gone to have a look to make sure everything was closed up.

Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean and updated.

Breakfast needed more options since we was paying over $100 a night. The dog fee was a little too steep at $30 per night. Our dog doesn't make a single noise and doesn't make a mess anywhere. Not sure why it was that high. Re-sealing the pavement during our stay without notice was inconvenient.
