Customer service and the care between front of the house cooperation for availability and breakfast bar. Pool was clean and pleasant. Location was perfect for excursion to Stump house tunnel and 2 waterfalls with hiking trails.

Just curtains. Shortness, weight, or design of room curtain bubbles out over air unit. Shower curtain lil too short to stay inside of tub...requires extra towels for floor.

The breakfast was fine for me, however; I wish they had plain water to drink as one option to coffee and juices offered. The location of the property was excellent for my visit to Seneca.

The main entrance to the hotel is a little tight (talking about driveway at main door entryway). Driveway narrows there where support pillars for covered entrance is, which could lead to accidents or personal injury (especially if passenger in one vehicle open their door or steps out and another vehicle is going around that stopped vehicle). Not sure if this area can be widened, but it should be a concern to the property owner.

Didn't try breakfast because we slept in, but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is great and room was very clean but the hotel and grounds could use a little updating. still very satisfied with my stay.

little more lighting or security in the back parking lot and just a little updating to the rooms (leaky bathtub).

The staff were all wonderful. They were responsive to our needs, professional and friendly. The breakfast, cookies, popcorn and other snacks and drinks were great additions!

The paint colors, rugs, art and furniture are dated looking and kind of drab. However, everything was clean and well maintained.

Cereal dispensers could be improved. Must turn the little know about 20 times to get a bowl full. Actually stayed two nights. I took the stairs. Attention needed on the 01 end of the building.

Close to where we had plans. Very nice staff and clean rooms.

Mattress was really hard, didn’t get a great nights sleep. The room did have a stale smell but once AC turned on it wasn’t awful.

The location was not bad at all - the room was clean and comfortable.

The lighting around the hotel is not great - was a little unnerving for me as I would have appreciated the parking lot be better lit.

It was in a beautiful location, easily accessible, & perfect for our needs. It was very well kept & cared for. We absolutely loved that our two rooms were right across from each other, & right above and near the doors, where we parked.

They were extremely kind during a very difficult time. Hurricane Helene caused the motel to fill up completely for days. The people working were fantastic!
