We were met at the door by the concierge. She quickly got our keys to our room and told us about the complimentary breakfast. We were in late due to a delayed flight to helping us get on our way quickly the concierge was able to while providing what we needed.

The only thing I did not like was that the refrigerator was making a lot of noise throughout the night and I almost thougt someone was trying to get into my room. It did in fact scare me out of my sleep at first but I quickly realized what the noise was and went back to sleep.

The location is ideal to visit Clemson University, where we went. The price was very reasonable and the room was wonderful and clean. The staff were friendly and professional.

Some homeless people were hanging out outside and at the neighboring hotel. There wasn't a lot of parking available. Breakfast ended earlier than expected.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking with easy access to hotel entrance. Breakfast was adequate, a typical hotel "hot breakfast" with the usual powdered eggs, turkey and pork sausage, biscuits, fruit, yogurt, and bread. They had pastries but I didn't try them. Definitely better than nothing, and a decent number of tables.

Breakfast could definitely be better, but it was typical for an average hotel these days. Only one elevator and the hotel is 4 stories so there was usually a 2-3 minute wait for the elevator. We were on the 4th floor but still used the stairs.

The breakfast was great. Big variety and nice booths to sit in as well. My wife and I also liked the “2 queen beds” since we could sleep in one and set our things down on the other.

I felt like it was a solid hotel overall. Don’t have much or anything to complain about. Actually, I’ll say that the parking lot could use a little more lighting to add to the security.

Honestly, one of the best lodging experiences I've had in quite a while and I travel a good bit. Had zero complaints. Everyone from the check in to front desk and custodians were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The AC worked great. Breakfast was so nice and such a great selection. I have 10 rooms books for a week long trip next year in another state. I sure hope I have a similar review after that trip.

A lower price is always better but our stay was definitely worth what was paid.

Breakfast selection was good, hotel was clean. Great location for our Clemson Univeristy tour, 6 min drive to campus. We forgot a tooth brush and they brought us a toothbrush, paste AND mouthwash! Great service. It's the little things that make a stay great or awful. And this stay was great.

Bed was a little firm, but my husband thought it was perfect

It was very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful. Great location for a college campus visit, only 6 minute drive.

You should have IHG signage on the main road where you turn into the hotel. Your hotel is located behind the Days Inn hotel, and I didn't see it the first time. I drove right past it and had to turn around to come back to it. That's all I can find to advise on.

Omelette concoction was extremely cheap. Took away from the breakfast offering. I called to check out and the person at the counter said I couldn't check out by phone because they couldn't verify we'd left. This is not normal for any hotel.

Friendly staff. It's a short drive to the University of Clemson.

The hotel site had a indoor pool and I was hoping to enjoy it while I was there. The pool is being renovated. It seems the site will soon be remodeled based on the information in the lobby.

The property was nice, clean, & the staff were pleasant & helpful.

The bed was hard and difficult to get comfortable to sleep. I was awake multiple times that night due to being uncomfortable and I normally sleep like a rock.
