The inn seemed very new and clean. The bathroom was spacious, and the walk-in shower was luxurious. The location was great- easy walking distance to restaurants and only about 10 minutes drive from Clemson University.

I booked a double queen suite online for 3 adults, but when we arrived, that was not available. We were given a king suite, with 1 king bed and a sofa bed. Rooms were hard to find, so we were glad to have the room, but the sofa bed was (predictably) pretty uncomfortable.

The setting was beautiful and the factory was great. The room and bed were very comfortable. The service was friendly. We liked the morning hospitality coffee and treats.

The bathroom door didn’t close all the way and the bath gel and lotions were very small, just 1 ounce for two adults for 3 showers each. Housekeeping did not replenish them. The housekeeping staff clearly did not wipe down the sink when our room was cleaned.

They don't have a maintenance person, the tv channels are bad, they should add netflix amazon etc as an option as they have very bad tv option Also my remote didn't work and they needed to change it

If hot water could be added to mini breakfast spread, non coffee drinkers would be most appreciative. And just one more breakfast option besides sugary muffin and high sugar yogurt. Perhaps a cheese stick or protein bar?

I always wanted to stay here but everytime is booked so I was extremely happy to find a room here especially for such a unique and wonderful occasion which was my daughter's ring ceremony. The personnel extraordinarily pleasant and very helpful.

The staff was wonderful. We arrived close to midnight after the baseball game at Clemson. The facilities were clean, quiet, and safe!

The bathroom had a odd smell. Seemed like the drain needed to be cleaned.

I liked that you could pay at the property. The place, rooms, location, everything was great! Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Very easy check in. Great location. Close Clemson wine bar, a brewery, pizza spot and a steak house. All less than 100 yards away.
