The staff was amazingly friendly, helpful and kind. ALL of them! My husband and I had our first restful sleep in eons because the bed was so incredibly comfortable. (I did bring my own pillow and I'm glad I did. The hotel pillow were small and very, very soft so they didn't provide a lot of support) The TV was plenty large and the room, itself, was very nicely decorated. We liked that there was a closet AND a hanging wardrobe. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, hand soap, make up remover wipes, shower cap and bar soaps were provided . The pool was clean and hit the spot on such a hot afternoon . There are also several patio tables by the pool which were nice spots to eat breakfast. Speaking of, overall, breakfast was much better than most hotels provide when it comes with the room. There were bagels (plain and what looked like everything), white and wheat bread (with toaster), muffins and scones, yogurt and a couple of toppings, hard boiled eggs, western omelettes (which were quite good), Belgian waffles (regular and red velvet batters were available) several juices, maple smoked sausage, potatoes and likely things I'm forgetting . The eating area in the lobby was spacious, clean and well set out for 2 - 12 people tables. There was also a high chair available. Coffee and tea are available around the clock! The location is convenient to a huge variety of eateries and a small strip mall area. (About a 3 minute drive)

Our bathroom was equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and we were SO excited until we looked at the jets. Just completely surrounded in mold. Had they been turned on, the tub would have been FULL of swimming mold clumps . The shower head was SO high mounted on the wall, by the time the water reached me (I'm average height for a female at 5'6"), the water stream was so widely spread out there was hardly any pressure making it difficult to rinse shampoo, conditioner and/soap away. The ceiling in the bathroom also had what was either large-ish dust clumps or mildew near and I er the tub. The area, itself, is not super walkable as sidewalks (in some directions) and the ability to cross the five lane road is not easy.

The breakfast bar had a nice assortment of food, starches, and fruit. But what was really nice was the scrambled eggs, REAL potatoes and whole (not the tiny frozen) sausages!!!

The breakfast was great, although we got there about 15 minutes before the scheduled finish and the pancake batter was empty. Also the orange juice was empty. When we brought it to the clerk's attention, they just marked it as "out of order" rather than filling it.

Everyone was really nice and accommodating

We stayed 4 nights, and we would have liked the cleaning service done at least once during our stay. The front desk was great and gave us new towels when we asked for them.

Breakfast was very good- staff was also very good

The room in the entrance way had paint drippings or splatter, also the wall next to the bed was all scuffed up like some furniture was removed. And mostly the door leaving the room Did not shut completely - my co workers did not either. Who by also had the same complaints.

We love this Hampton Inn in Clemson as it is very well located for all sports events. Breakfast was very good compared to other hotels. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Staff (Michelle at the front desk) was wonderful. Hotel surroundings were very nice. The room was nice and fairly comfortable. Having a full bathroom that provides privacy is wonderful.

The chairs were not comfortable for relaxing. And, having a Keurig instead of the old type coffee/tea maker would be better.

Great Staff- warm and friendly. Very Helpful! Quick check in! Great Location!

Housekeeping could have stopped by to replenish coffee and fresh towels.

the location was close to Clemson University, which was the reason for our visit. The breakfast was hot and very good.

Conflict with double booking my one night stay on booking.com and resolving that issue.

Staff was great and the service was fantastic! This is our second stay and we plan to make our future visit stays there as well.

I have not complaints.
