The location was convenient for where I wanted to go. Price was good for the amount of time I was there. Also, loved the hot showers.

I would have liked to have had my room cleaned at least a couple of times during my stay. We were given a bag with clean towels and a couple of trash bags, but the trash was not collected. Also, no closet to hang our clothes

The bathroom floor was dirty. When we reported it as we were leaving for the day, they sent a maid in to clean it. Good job there, but the maid failed to close the door when she left. We found the door open 6 hours after we left the hotel. Not good.

Staff is super friendly!! The hotel was decent but very loud. You could hear every thing happening outside your room. The breakfast there is very minimal but they have other items you can purchase if you’d like.

Room had stains on carpet, can hear everything through the walls. Breakfast had very minimal selections.

I loved this entire hotel. The rooms & bathroom were very clean! I would recommend this hotel or book again next year if we get to attend the same event.

Loved the new remodel and new beds !!! I’ve stayed at this hotel often over the last several years. I had recently stopped staying due to the property aging and being run down. However I gave it another try after the recent upgrades and complete remodel inside and boy was it great!!! I will definitely be staying exclusively here from here on out now.

It was a wonderful stay and we will be using Microtel more in the future, matter of fact we plan on booking a room at the Microtel Hotel in Cherokee, N.C. this coming October.

At this point, Microtel satisfied us completely, therefore, there isn't anything that we didn't like.

It was real simple.... But very clean and practical. We got a disability access room, with a role-in shower.... Very accessible! There was plenty of parking and other accoutrements nearby. The desk clerk and the monitor at the kitchen/breakfast in the morning were particularly friendly.

Really thought that the breakfast could've been a little more substantial..... Just barely enough, LOL. Our friendly Kitchen monitor rued the day they bought the toaster, as one side of the 4 holer did not work, and the other side cooked the bagels to where they melted through the Styrofoam. We get used to looking for sausage links and scrambled eggs and that would've been a plus.

I got exactly what I expected for the price. There was some unexpected renovations going on but it didn't interfere with my stay. The bed wasn't as comfortable as the Wyndam brand has been in other hotels by Wyndam. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean overall and the value I needed for my trip.

I've been staying with this motel here in Anderson SC for a year. All during the year. I have never had motel staff help me and treat me so nice.All off the people go.out their way . I would rather stay here than the very best motel in this area.

Front desk clerks were amazing. They helped me print some docs I needed for a meeting.

-No iron or ironing board in the room. -Also the single king bed rooms are way too small. - overall enjoyed my stay but looks like there is an effort to minimalize everything.
