The location was very centrally located with easy access to interstate 85 (i think). The customer service was above-expectations, and the staff was very friendly.

It's not the hotel's fault if no one notified them, but our room heater smelt like it was burning so we didn't want to keep it on all night. We notified the front desk, and she made sure to make a note of the issue.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, it was plentiful and there were many items from which to choose.

There were only small bowls available on the breakfast bar which made it difficult to all but impossible to put much food on the plate, and what I was able to get all ran together. After I had fixed my plate I observed a couple to people ask the attendant if there were larger plates available. Turn out there was, but for whatever reason she kept them hidden under the counter. If you didn't know to ask, you wouldn't get one. Didn't make sense, nor did it seem very customer friendly to me.

The guy who checked us in had a great personality. Kind and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, inviting. The breakfast was excellent, and the hot chocolate and coffee out in the lobby was a hit.

The young woman that worked in the evening was a joy ! She was cheerful and upbeat every time I encountered her. I am embarrassed to say I don’t remember her name.

The staff were so kind and helpful . They were all very friendly. Special thanks to Samantha who brought us cotton/ foam pillows for our room. She had excellent customer service. The breakfast was excellent also.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone was very nice. Very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean. The air conditioner worked wonderful.

Breakfast was great! It was hot food. So continental breakfast can be good for everyone, even pre-diabetics.

Room was clean and had updated decor. Plenty of room for 2 people. Shower and bathroom looked updated and clean. Shower had very good water pressure. Bed sheets and bath towels looked white and clean, no dingy spots. The free breakfast had a very good selection to choose from and would probably have at least one item for even the pickiest of eaters. Bed mattress was comfy.

Bed pillows were a bit flat for my liking.

Super clean. And staff was amazing!!!! Great location, nice clean pool, our room was clean and the AC was amazing with it being 97° outside all day!! We will definitely be back next year for our annual trip!

It has a wonderful location, the staff was extremely efficient and attentive. My room was ready literally when I walked in

No microwave in the room. After traveling for 9 hours didn't feel like driving to get something to eat.
