The property is newer so as expected everything is nice and in working order. The gym is really well equipped, public laundry was clean and organized, pool and deck area was beautiful, the staff night and day were on their game, helpful and friendly. The location is great, pulling out onto the road is a little scary due to the hill oncoming traffic is coming down and the speed they are traveling. The room was clean and beautiful, with a small fridge and microwave, coffee maker and supplies.

Something nobody can control, speed on the incoming traffic as e we exited the hotel.

It was like finding a fur lining in the midst of a blizzard. We grabbed it out of convenience and the location being close to where a family member is being cared for and we walked in & it was updated, clean with all the amenities you could ask for! The bar height table with plug ins for laptops mixed with lower table for morning breakfast. Loved the fall leaves screen for blinds throughout the hotel. The room designs were superb from closets, drawers, refrigerator, microwave, beautiful wallpaper in the bathrooms, small modern lights for bedside reading. The best was waking up in the morning and pulling up the blinds to find a beautiful lake view with fall colors that made the fall motive blinds make perfect sense. We will definitely return.

Property is always clean and easily accessible. Great view.

I left my card and had to report it lost. The hotel over charged for my stay and refined it to the card that I lost. When I called to say I class not receive my refund I was told there was nothing they could do. So I had to pay for the room twice. Poor customer service. Usually stay once a month but won’t be back.

New, clean, and comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and comedating. An excellent location near a family event I was attending.

The only suggestion I have is that the shower curtain could have been a bit lowered as water did pool in the floor after showering.

Courier staff, variety in the breakfast area. Having the opportunity to use exercise room and the location to the pool. And the area was quiet.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Hot breakfast with a wonderful woman in the breakfast who was outgoing and extremely helpful and kept the breakfast area spotless and the food fresh.

The beds were awful. They are too hard and I didn't sleep well at all. I had a back ache every morning because of the bed. Need to put softer mattresses in the rooms.

Everything was great! Breakfast was included which was nice. It’s was a really nice stay. We got a nice view of the lake. Room was clean everything in it was new.

The lady that greeted us was not as welcoming. I did ask for a room with a view instead of seeing if she could accommodate us. She had a bit of an attitude.

The place was clean and the room was spacious.

No small toiletries (hand lotion, soap, etc) available that one would normally find on sink. However, there were large dispensers of shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the shower.

Room fresh and clean. Bed super comfy. Christine/Christina was sweet and very helpful. Loving her positivity!!!!

lake view was not that appealing. pool closed at 9pm on a Saturday. bed didn’t have the weighted down thicker blanket/comforter that we are used to. Breakfast was not up to what we know Fairfield’s breakfast to be. Bacon was soggy. ham/cheese omelette had diced peppers cooked in them. Oj and apple juice was watered down but the cranberry juice was chilled to perfection and delicious.

The room and location were great...the view of the lake was nice. We came to move in our son to Clemson and would definitely stay here again. The coffee was nice and everything was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.
