I loved the housekeeping,very friendly beautiful lady exceeds her job limitations to make sure all guests have everything they need. Rooms were fully cleaned furnished with everything you would need.The owner is very polite tries her best to run a hotel the way it should be.if recommended I would stay here on my trips out of town.

Couple of odds that could be fixed people always arguing outside that can't be helped by the owner all the time.

the staff in most part was very friendly with the exception of the maintiance man who was arrogant . it was quiet at night. and it had plenty of hot water.

need to have coffee in each room. need to rinse the mop more often when cleaning the room, when we walked across the floor in our socks or after a shower either our socks or our feet would be dirty

First of all when we arrived a hurricane had just went through and there was no power. The staff still allowed us to check in and they were absolutely amazing. We all made the best of a bad situation and I am so happy we stayed at the budget.

the staff were available at all times and more than friendly. they gave information on local businesses. the room was more tht adequate,size, cleanliness, and the bed was more comfortable than expected. i will use them agin when in the area.

It had some roach bug's in the room and the wall's wasn't clean far as being very clean no it wasn't but other then the bug's and being clean the people there was really nice people

A clearly recent bathroom reno had a great shower. The bed was comfy and the ac/heat unit was nice and quiet. Clean parking lot, laundry room.

The room was run down. Flooring was coming loose. The tub faucet was loose.

The toilet.....but hey....it was 67 bucks for a night not in the truck and there's a good little bar and grill a block away..... Sooooo.... I can get over the fact they have a round toilet that is the size of a toddler tushy.....

The employees are the best part of the hotel. Very polite and helpful.

Better /more pillows. 3 pillows on a king bed is just sad.

entrance from parking lot could be improved, signage for office should be more prominent

Easy access to highway, safe appearance inside and out, quiet. Worked well with out last minute needs to accommodate our travels.

Bathroom door handle was broken.
