Staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast bar had healthy items and a good selection of items. Was very happy they were able to provide us with an accessible room.

Always a little apprehensive when I check into a place with a lot of warning signs. This hotel had a sign in the parking lot advising to take all items from car, of course they are not responsible. Also a sign on the entry door about not being responsible for death while on the premises. This one was a little scary.

Staff was excellent and accommodating when we needed a little later checkout time. Grounds were well manicured and clean. Room was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Bed was very comfortable and had plenty of extra pillows.

No coffee maker in my room and no charging stations in the room for my phone or tablet. Carpet is showing its age but was very clean. Next time, I will probably upgrade to a suite so that I will have a little more room and a coffeemaker!

Clean facility overall, room was clean, pool was small yet expected and was amazing after long days.

Laundry machine for guest was broken and being there for 8 days made things a little challenging, but there are local laundry facilities nearby. Not that I stay in hotels for the continental breakfast, but this one was not good at all.....they offered ''Jimmy Dean'' breakfast sandwiches to heat up yet they were very stale and not edible. No offering of toast yet they had a toaster all week. Coffee and juice machine were on point though.

Pancakes for breakfast. Loved having the pool and that it was clean. Bed was comfortable. Easy to get to the hotel and plenty of parking close to the hotel. The seating in the window.

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t enjoy about the hotel itself. I would maybe suggest to have a chair in the room for sitting although it wasn’t really big enough for one. We stayed with our 6 yr old so having the two beds a chair woulda been nice for her to eat in. But she greatly enjoyed the bench in the window

The bathroom floor was dirty and needed to be mopped, the floor was flooded due to water coming from the vent in the bathroom. I called to report the water leak and the front desk responded that he was fully booked and couldn't change my room. The closet where you hand up clothes was broken, didn't have an iron but had an iron board.

The facility and room were very clean and the staff was really friendly. Restaurants and other facilities were in the area and it was easy to locate. I really enjoyed myself. I have no complaints about the room or the staff. It was located not too far from Walmart and other stores.

The only thing I would change is the beds could have been a little bit more comfortable. That was my only minor complaint about my stay. Then again it could have been me due to me having gallbladder issues during my stay.

Upon arriving the manager (I assume) checked me in. She was very pleasant and helpful and this was my first time traveling with my dog. She had a small dog that came out and greeted my dog which for some might not appreciate but it was ok.

We were on the 2nd floor bc of the room type so going up and down the stairs was ok but I would have liked staying on the first floor due to my dog having a bad back. The breakfast was nothing to write home about but I didn’t go for breakfast. Good coffee. Didn’t eat the rolls etc.

Good Location, rooms are clean, NO CARPET, and staff is friendly.

Usually the room is Clean. This room however was dirty in a spot next to the small refrigerator. Like it had been moved and no one cleaned where it used to sit. The pool was GREEN and closed. Kleenex ran out after 5 sheets.

Room was very good (we've found Microtel rooms to be very good). Staff was nice but quiet. Breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. Location was excellent.

Staff at check in was efficient but seemed tired or distracted.
