The hotel has been remodeled, is Very clean, and well-appointed. It's a 100% pet-free/smoke-free facility, and the difference is remarkable compared to the other chains that allow it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They provide a nice breakfast, especially considering the price. I'm loving these older hotels that are remodeling but keeping modest prices. All I want is a safe, clean place to shower, sleep, and get back on the road without spending a ridiculous amount of money. I definitely recommend if that's what your looking for. Single, retired female, felt very comfortable spending a night here.

My room was near the exit, and the door can be noisy. If you're a light sleeper, request a different room. Also, the bed was not the most comfortable, but was sufficient for a decent night's sleep.

We had just completed a trip to the Midwest where we were in some of the worst hotels ever. My husband had had a heart attack and we had a issue in Florida that we had to attend to. We were greeted warmly when we walked in the door given a room that we had requested on the first floor and it was an incredible experience throughout. The pool is clean and well appointed, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and we so appreciate no carpet to deal with. Everyone was friendly and helpful and Bonnie was especially accommodating at breakfast. Breakfast could be a bit better by adding perhaps eggs and a meat but we were satisfied anyway. Rather have good rates and it clean facility.

The breakfast was just a little lacking. It could use sugar-free syrup for diabetics. And possibly some eggs and a meat selection.

Breakfast was great! Nice variety and well stocked! Perfect for grabbing something before getting back to traveling. Gal who was overseeing breakfast was helpful and cheery, a nice way to start our morning.

Rooms could use some updates and more attention with cleaning. When at breakfast, cleaning came into our room and grabbed some of our dirty towels. We had not checked out yet, felt like they should waited until we had left.

We needed to be close to the fairground. 8-10 minutes walk. Loved the pool as it was so hot. Staff were friendly and professional. Beds were comfortable. Cheap washer and dryer and we appreciated the complimentary laundry liquid. Cracker barrel and waffle house right next door. Plenty of parking. Price reflected the property and facilities. We stayed 9 days.

The cleaner would just come into our room at 8.10am even though he could see we were all asleep. Even with the do not disturb sometimes he would still come in. The room got a bit damp but it was so hot we needed the air con on. Once we turned it off during the day and opened the window it made a huge difference. Breakfast staff would start locking things up at 8.30am. The manager, Andy sorted that out and he was great. Teeny tiny pool towels. Breakfast was FINE but basic

The rooms have been updated despite the old pictures they use on the site. I almost didn't stay here because the rooms looked old and outdated on the site where you book but I was pleasantly surprised at how nice they are now. They need to update the photos for sure but it was overall a great stay

No option for hot breakfast besides waffles.

Each time I have stayed here the staff has always been kind and accommodating. Check in has always been simple and fast. The new app check in feature I love!

I would love for the beds to be a little more forgiving. We are always in Perry for livestock shows. By the end of the night we are usually exhausted and want a nice comfy bed to get into after a meal and a shower. They are okay but could be better.

Loved everything, especially the kind, efficient, friendly manager, who promptly fixed any issues. And the most comfortably soft Simmons mattresses and pillows! Very clean.. Breakfast room was nice, no protein except yogurt. Cold cereals, toast, bagels, muffins, waffle machine to make your own, coffee and juices. Cracker Barrel and other restaurants very close by, as well as gas stations. Easy on and off highway, yet far enough back to not hear road noise. If you miss the turn, go past, turn around and it seemed easier to see sign.

I love travel Lodge because it was very convenient to get off 95 as we’re heading towards New Jersey, it was centrally located to gas stations, and restaurants.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property, we use this particular Travelodge every year because we travel to New Jersey to visit family and friends. I’ve gotten to know the staff, and they are the best. They are very accommodating.

Very nice. Staff helpful and friendly. Clean and comfortable beds and rooms. Breakfast was a little more limited than some but just enough for us and was good. We have stayed there a couple times and plan to continue to stay there as it is at a good stopping point when we are traveling.

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

Our room was quiet, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly, very helpful and made our check in and check out process very smooth. We had to call the following day because we thought we had left a phone charger behind in the room. The staff didn't just look in a lost-and-found drawer; they actually went up to the room personally to check for our item.

If we had to find anything to improve it would be the breakfast selection. The breakfast was served in a spotless room and the items were kept well stocked. The only change might be to add a few more items. However, we didn't go hungry and enjoyed what we had. The coffee is very good.
