The indoor pool was easily accessible and clean. Any minor issue we had was solved promptly and professionally. The staff throughout the hotel (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast) was very friendly. Even though it said there will only be housekeeping upon request, our room was taken care of without asking. The room had everything we needed. It was a wonderful stay. If I had known how great it is I would have stayed there before. However, now I know where to stay next time we are in Warner Robins Washer and dryer were clean.

We loved everything about the property except the kids were grossed out by a roach crawling over the towel by their toothbrushes. Everything was very nice, the people were all friendly, and facilities were great, including great options for breakfast. We will be checking out comfort suites more often! I just recommend they use Combat roach killer, it’s going to knock those roaches out.

Wonderful, the staff was so nice and made everthing as easy as possible.we loved staying there, though the kiddos was very leary of the pool because it was cloudy and chose not to go in.

room had an light odor when we arrived but it went away as we let air in .

Location and professional . Breakfast was good, food was hot ! Clean breakfast bar and the attendant was constantly wiping tables as person left their table !

The staff was completely competent and kind, even in the middle of training new employees. They accommodated us very well. Breakfast had a nice selection. We spent another night here in their jacuzzi room and loved it. The jacuzzi was very clean.

The floors in both rooms we tried were a bit dirty, and it's very easy to hear what's going on outside the rooms. We didn't find the beds the most comfortable, but that boils down to preference. Very nice if you like a soft mattress.

The breakfast was well prepared, the dining area clean and well stocked. We love the hot tub and the pool although would love it more if it was heated. Our room, and the whole facility, was clean and well maintained.
