I stayed in Room 102, which was reasonably priced. The staff at this motel were friendly & attentive. Location in Royston was quiet, peaceful & within just a few miles of the person I came to see. Also, it was not far from city amenities of Royston, GA,, which included major brand fast food & other restaurants, (i.e. MacDonald's, Bojangles, etc). This motel also had an excellent Direct TV assortment of free TV programs to watch on HD TV, (generally not the practice of more expensive motels/hotels). Normally, when I visit this area, I stay at the Hampton Inn in Hartwell, GA But, this particular weekend, it was almost totally booked, with the remaining rooms priced well beyond what I, as a typical traveler, could pay. For the same price of 1 night there, I got THREE (3) nights at the Days Inn. I'm glad it was (totally booked), as, beside the fact that it had a much larger reception area than Days Inn in Royston, it offered very few amenities I didn't get at Days Inn.

NO SHOW STOPPERS TO NOTE: But I wish that had been a daily restocking of some things we normally use when taking a bath or shower, (i.e. shampoo, conditioner, etc), But do understand that these items can add to the cost of day-to-day operation, so that was little concern.

My room was simple but very clean. Newly renovated room. Renovations still going on in other parts so no breakfast. Good place for one night.

I loved that the place was very clean. The king size bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. It had several comfortable pillows on the bed It had a small refrigerator in rooms and a microwave. Owners were very nice and helpful. When I asked him about places close by He recommended a small Japanese restaurant next to hotel. The food was delicious and more than one person could eat. It had a good TV and cable service. It had free WiFi. I would recommend this hotel for stay at again.

I placed my stay from Booking .com I didn't like that front of the hotel's decorative ground cover was full of cigarettes butts. I did tell the owner that he needed to clean up the cigarette butts because it was a bad image of the hotel. I don't believe he is going to clean them up. The room only had one washcloth and towel. It advertised that it gave you free breakfast in the morning but a beyond arrival they said there was no breakfast due to Covid. I was disappointed because the free breakfast was one of the reasons I booked the room there. But I would stay there again.
