Employees were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Ac unit didn’t work very well, and room had no towels. When I asked for more towels, I was told they were out and I had to buy towels myself. Also housekeeping didn’t come in not one time to clean up. We cleaned up and took out trash everyday ourselves. Would’ve been nice for housekeeping to at least sweep since we didn’t pack a broom. (Had to buy one after day 2 just to keep floor clean). Breakfast has toast, bagels, 2 types of cereal, a waffle maker, coffee and orange juice. Not a lot of choices. And it’s only open till 9, but is advertised opened till 10.

The room was quiet and comfortable.

WiFi was erratic- seemed almost like dial-up at times.

The convenience of the location to shopping, restaurants, and the family member that I came to see. 

This is the hotel I stay at most of the time when I come. The only issue I had is the toilet in the bathroom. The toilet seat was loose. So you pretty much had to be careful using it. Other than that the stay was fine. 

I have stayed at many hotels. This hotel had the softest bath towels and rags of any I have ever stayed at. A very pleasant experience!

Traffic during daytime hours was noisy.

I liked the location. And when we was moved to rooms with no carpet. My first room was smelly used a can of lysol in it and the toilet is for children under ten years old. Bathroom ( well if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all) Towels was suppose to be white, but more greyish ..Beds were comfortable sheets blanket clean...

When my partner walked in the female at the desk poured on the sugar. Twice I asked her a questions and she acted like she didn't hear me. When I told her she lack hospitality and all guest should be treated the same. The other lady stepped in an assisted me. Then morning, the first lady was all smiles and full of good mornings!

I feel like the breakfast could’ve been a little bit better even though there’s only one other hotel that has really good breakfast and that is the Hampton but they do have eggs and etc. etc. but the waffles did you put the waffle mix in the waffle maker is like rubber

Staff was very accommodating, they made sure we got everything we needed. Th room ws very comfortable.

Location is good. Staff was really nice.

The rooms really needed to be cleaned. The floors were not swept at all. The pool was completely green and looked like it had not been taken care of at all. But there were no bugs!
