Better than expected, rooms were modern, clean and fresh smelling. We'd been on a roadtrip for a month and of all the properties we stayed at this one - totally unexpectedly! - had the most comfortable bed. We stayed with two dogs. Very green setting on the outskirts of the city. The number two rated, farm to table restaurant in Tallahassee is right next door.

The location was very closed to I-10 which was very accessible. It was a nice room. The beds were comfortable. A very good thing not fee for having the pets. They had a nice area for the pets. The swimming pool looked nice and people were using it until late at night.

Even though they said they have an area for smoking. There were people smoking in front of their room. The towels were kind of small.

Nice personnel. Clean rooms and linens and the humidifier was good.

No breakfast. We were last room on the bottom by the stairs. Everyone that smoked would come to stairs outside and would smoke. Littering with cigarette butts on the ground. I could smell the smoke in our room. The door did not fit correctly in the frame. You could see light on all for sides.

The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and main room very clean!

The cost of the stay. Would not have stayed there if it hadn't been for my granddaughters graduation.Unfortunately I am sure that is why the cost of the rooms were "jacked up." Not a nice thing to do to your customers of l which I do not plan to to be one again. I will give you this, you were cheaper than other hotels that were closer to the graduation arena, but still way TOO EXPENSIVE for what you had to offer!! The air conditioner kept shutting off. Had to keep lowering the air for it to work. Goodbye.

clean rooms nothing special but as should

I liked the price for the room. It was also quiet and comfortable. They were willing to let me book and check in really late. My husband had a stroke and was in ICU, I wasn't allowed to stay, Red Roof became my home for 2 nights, thank you!

Room was clean, well appointed and comfortable.

Had requested a handicap accessible room. Desk clerk said not available as all such rooms were being renovated. Seems like they should spread out work so as to have some availability.

My family actually caught a stomach virus when we were there and the staff was more than accommodating with extra sheets, pillows, and towels.

Honestly, everybody was so accommodating I have nothing bad to say.

The location was good.

There was a 2 inch gap under the door. It was cold so we had to put towels under the door to keep the cold air out. The sheets & pillows did not smell clean.

Met expectations, the price was good. Staff was very responsive, had to call front desk to fix a/c and employee came within 5 mins. Problem was solved quickly.

Could’ve used more bath towels and wash cloths…there were only one each for my son and me. Bed linen had old stains on them, should be replaced.
