The staff is really friendly. It is always a pleasure to meet everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping. The rooms are really comfy and pretty clean. I love the pool and the amenities. The morning breakfast could be nice.

The breakfast items could use improvement. This hotel has so much potential, especially with the breakfast. This was my second time staying there. The first time the breakfast was pretty good. This time it was meh. It is missing freshness, a personal touch, and a few small upgrades could go a long way. Using fresher ingredients, and not so much processed items. If the breakfast was incredible, I bet other patrons would come just for that. Increasing brand awareness for the hotel.

Most delicious hot breakfast! The pool’s deck patio that allowed smoking. Clean!!!

A man in the pool at 5:30 p.m., talking to three teenagers who evidently worked for him, was using very crude language, some I can’t even print here about sex, and lots of “F…” bombs in a very loud voice. Also, he was drinking beers very openly and smoking cigarettes in the pool. Talked to assistant manager later and she said the hotel let their construction workers enjoy the pool. She said she would tell the manager this problem, that this was certainly not good. Loved everything about hotel…but at pool…I just kept thinking…”what if young kids were here?”

The property was nice. I’ve stayed here a couple times before. I like the closeness to the interstate and it’s not too far from FSU. It’s clean and the staff is very nice.

The only thing I’d complain about it the check in time. They won’t let anyone check in before 3. And During football season right at 3 there was a crowd of people standing around in the lobby waiting. It took awhile to get room keys. If we were allowed to get our rooms at 1:30 when we showed up it wouldn’t have been as crowded down in the lobby. I know it’s typical for hotels to have check in times at 3. But it’s just a recommendation for football season at least to get earlier check in times.

The location was great, right off the interstate as we were traveling & needed a decent & safe place to sleep for the night. The staff were all very friendly from checking in, to checking out, & in during the stay. The facility was quiet during the night & we were on the 1st floor. The air conditioner worked well in the room. The dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, & body lotion provided In the bathroom was nice!

The breakfast was simply ok. The eggs you could tell were made from those powdered eggs. Was expecting bacon from previous hotel pictures, but only sausage links were out. The waffle maker was out of commission. The cotton liner over the mattress protectors were stained.

The personnel was attentive and the check-in and out processes were expedited. There was complimentary popcorn, which was a great treat for the kids. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice too. There are several places to eat around the hotel.

Breakfast (eggs and sausage and oj) was good.

Breakfast:A few more options other than sausage and eggs ,like toast or potatoes, maybe bacon would have been nice. Teen daughter was afraid to ask attendant for toast or bagel as she didn’t get a friendly feeling. Desk: She was fine but also not a warm feeling. Room: Great but the toilet is for a child. Initial impression: Outside needs attention. I was apprehensive about walking in.

The bed was unbelievably comfortable! Room was clean, everything we needed was there (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, lotion). Nice desk with comfortable chair, great full breakfast. Outlet for phone next to bed, which I love.

Nothing. Our family was disappointed that there was no bacon the second day.

All was satisfactory with exception of dirty carpets; both as in not thoroughly vacuumed and ingrained dirt. The staff were all pleasant; parking convenient; restaurant choices very close and excellent access from I-10. I will consider a return visit. I will bring both slippers and shower shoes if I return.

Dirty carpets throughout; not just need vacuuming (which they did) but the ingrained dirt on the room carpet caused muddy footprints on the already stained bathroom floor. That floor needed a SCRUB BRUSH and strong cleaners added to elbow grease. No more sloshes with a just a damp mop. The room carpet felt damp which I attribute to the frequent rains at this time.

The hotel is well-kept, the personnel is attentive and the rooms are clean and spacious. There was complimentary popcorn, which was a nice treat for the kids. The breakfast was very nice, with different options.

Easy off the highway over night stay on the way to Disney from Mississippi. Beds were VERY comfortable, rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, easy checking in and checking out. No problems.
