First time at a Springhill Suites and will definitely choose one again. Large rooms with good amenities like nice towels, plenty of pillows, a separate desk and a countertop above fridge. Staff at Tallahassee were welcoming, responsive and helpful. Our first night the TV wasn't working well and when we went to the front desk they gave us a new remote- problem solved. Also had a malfunctioning fridge and told the front desk in the morning and when we returned in the afternoon a new fridge was in its place. So often you feel like if you report an issue at a property nothing happens but they were definitely on top of things! Breakfast offerings were also above average- real eggs, turkey sausage, oatmeal, quiche and waffles(on the weekend) and appreciated!

Clean and convenient location. The room layout was nice and spacious.I loved the fire pit out front.

Despite having paid in full on booking.com, the hotel placed a hold on my card for the full booking plus deposit. Initially, I did not notice, but luckily my CC company reached out to me to verify payment for two hotel transactions. I spoke to the manager and she made a note on my account to release the hold upon check out.

The staff at this location was pleasant. The hotel was clean close in proximity to our destination. Loved the fact they had bar who dose provide happy hour. It was short stay but overall met our expectations.

The one thing we were NOT a huge fan was the breakfast. The oatmeal was stiff, boiled eggs were ice cold and they did not have a microwave downstairs even if you wanted to warm up something that was cold in the breakfast area.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of tasty choices. The reception staff was very nice. The location is very convenient for those traveling on Interstate 10.

There just happened to be a bus load of students eating breakfast when we went to eat. The area was not being maintained- there were no spoons, the salt and pepper bin was emptied, the tables were not being cleaned. We didn’t mind the crowd, but thought more hotel staff was needed in this area at the time.

The room was exceptional: quite roomy and good use of the space. There were many comforts like the couch, swiveling tv, and cool AC. The restroom had a well-planned floor plan. The front desk people were friendly and efficient. The location is convenient to all the places we visited.

Clean, excellent location. This was my second stay here, I have family in the Kilearn area and it’s convenient. Love all the shops and restaurants close by.

People in the room across the hall played loud music late in the evening.

I loved the set up and décor of the hotel overall. Its very clean and smells clean. The rooms are cozy and inviting. I think this will be my go to staycation spot going forward.

The hallway to the room! It was so long but we understood why once you entered the fabulous room. It was worth it.

Staff very nice and helpful !Location safe ! Hotel safe! But my room was not quiet. Next door water system or refrigerator water system connection’s was very lauded ! It was horrible. I was waking up in the middle of the night with this loud voice. It was so dirturb.

Everything. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were wonderful and very spacious. The bathrooms were fantastic. Loved the shower and the separate toilet area. Breakfast was also great!
