The hotel was spotless. The staff was excellent

The bed was a little uncomfortable and I wish the breakfast would have been included with the price. It was a graduation weekend so it was sold out all throughout the city. Seems like everything was more expensive that weekend. It would have been nice to get a complimentary breakfast instead of needing to pay almost $10 a person

On arrival at the property there was a conflict with our meal package verification. Front desks 'miss Fredrica and Supervisor Mr. Auburn' could not confirm the information on their system as booking.com information was different from theirs; I had a picture of my reservation clearly showing that breakfast was supposed to be included but verification numbers were not matching. Fredrica and Auburn were extremely professional, apologized every step of the way for the mix up and took every measure to ensure that my family and I had breakfast throughout our stay. Breakfast was awesome for our stay. good selection, centrally located and staff were very welcoming. Waiter Kelvin went above and beyond for all guests and did so with a positive attitude and showed much pride in his role at the hotel. Kelvin's smile and personality made mealtime seem like a trip to Vegas. He was big with laughs and hospitality. I WOULD DEFFINATE STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN FOR EVENTS IN TALLAHASSI FL.

Checking in was cumbersome due to computer system being very slow to bring up information, crashing and not accepting card information. However front desk staff quickly turned all the negatives into clear positives as they addressed all the problems and our concerns. What I did not like was the fact that my stay at the hotel wasn't longer.

Mix up with booking.com and facility that breakfast was not included. Receipt showed breakfast included. We paid for breakfast on day. After that still an issue on day two,but received free breakfast and checked out early day three

staff was nice

i felt we were priced gauged due to graduation. Seriously, This was not a $500 a night hotel. Hilton should not take advantage of their long term customers.

The staff was amazingly welcoming to me and my 2 dogs. We evacuated for hurricane Ida and were pretty on edge before we got there after driving 9 hours in bumper to bumper traffic with all of the other evacuating crowd. Once we arrived at this hotel we were immediately warmly welcomed, alleviating the anxiety of traveling through such a hectic and uncertain time. My dogs were very comfortable there and found areas to walk and play with them.

This is not something the hotel needs to work on but I really wish people would pick up after their dogs poop outside. Very unpleasant when this hotel is one of the few hotels that does allow animals.

Check in was a bit slow, they were training someone, barely greeted me, did not confirm the room type or my pet friendly room request, no information offered on breakfast, WiFi or other amenities. I understand they were training, but these are basics

I was charged twice for my stay by the night staff. The morning staff reversed it.
