The staff was incredibly hospitable! The breakfast was filled with variety. The dinners were sufficient and the free drinks were an added bonus. Gym was clean and supplied well with disinfectant and towels.

I wiped down the bathroom counters and room tables and was disappointed that they weren't as clean as they should have been.

The staff were outstanding all the way from front desk to the dinning staff and Stephanie who cleaned my room. They all went above my expectations. They were very pleasant and helpful. I was there to meet my cousin that I have seen in over 30 years, So we sat and visited in the dining/breakfast room for a very long time. The staff never made us feel uncomfortable that we should move on and go to our rooms. Breakfast and dinner were hot and very good, and had a good selections. All pubic areas were also very clean and comfortable. I was very pleased with my selection of a hotel. This was my first time at a Drury Plaza and it went above my expectations. I was very pleased with my room. It was clean and the room/ bedding all looked new. The bed was comfortable. I travel a lot and I feel I have found my new favorite place to stay when I’m on the road.

Extremely clean, well kept, extremely white and clean linens and towels. A lot of food choices, free breakfast, free parking on facility, free evening kick back food and 3 free alcoholic drinks from 5-7:30pm which no other hotel does. The best part is the entire staff is too notch, superior customer service from every staff, very helpful with being observant and helping when they see you need help instead of you asking. Their staff is extremely courteous, professional, and helpful about things in and out of the hotel with directions and great recommendations for things in the city. This is the only hotel I’ve stayed in at Tallahassee and because of the superior customer customer service not to mention extremely clean rooms and common areas. I’ve never ever had this type of customer service ever. I refuse to try or stay at any other hotel other than Drury Plaza when I’m in Tallahassee.

Absolutely nothing. Everything and everyone was perfect and I mean perfect. Their entire staff needs a raise including housekeeping and maintenance because they all go over and beyond their job duties to make sure our stay is superior.

The breakfast was a nice touch for travelers but I was tired so I missed it one morning during the week. Many took advantage of it before checking out from their rooms which made it very busy but a great addition.

There was a group that must be in the area doing construction work. When I went to get my free drink at happy hour the staff was telling the guy he was cut-off from his bad behavior the day before. This was in front of other people. I'm glad it didn't escalate but apparently he had been aggressive the day before - if you have known guests causing issues perhaps don't let those companies rent rooms any more.

Staff were all very helpful and courteous. Stephen on check-in, was humorous, accommodating and felt like family. The complimentary dinner was a complete surprise and very welcomed as were the drink tickets. The breakfast was a full offering of delicious breakfast fare. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean.

Some traffic noise from interstate. At 10:30 pm had a strong odor of marijuana coming thru bathroom vent. We were on top floor with no adjoining room. Maybe someone in hallway smoking? It was a very strong odor.

Property was kept up well room was nice . Good family hotel would stay there again . Food was good for the amount of people they need to prepare for staff at desk friendly and helpful

Not really anything for the amount of people staying there the staff worked hard to keep facility clean eating area was ok based on families with little kids dropping cereal and other food items probably need a staff member to be there strictly to wipe tables down and clean once family gets up from eating didn’t notice that some families were leaving plates on tables actual they should clean up after themselves but didn’t maybe put sign up asking guest to clean up after they finish eating

The attention to design detail in the placement of the microwave and frig (classy glass door on frig), shower design so you can turn on to warm up without getting a dose of freezing water and the overall openness design of the room. Saving the best for last is the cleanliness of the entire room!!! Don’t forget the breakfast! It wasn’t any just any ‘continental’. The staff were very friendly and they even had pancakes made to order.

The fact that we couldn’t stay longer to try out the the other amenities.

Breakfast was very good compared to other hotels. One request would be to include chicken or turkey sausage on the buffet as not everyone eats pork. Also, oatmeal would be nice. Other than that it was plentiful and decent quality. The room was very nice and comfortable.

We missed the 5.30-7 pm Round Up meal. A couple of drink/snack vouchers would be very nice at check in to those of us who couldn't get there in time. This is one feature that encourages us to stay at Drury as opposed to the competition. It's a plus that the kitchen/bar is open until midnight though.

It was a excellent experience overall! We had to stay overnight in Tallahassee to visit a sick loved one. It was just where and what we needed. Everything was clean and the staff was really great!

There were only a couple small things that weren’t the best to me, but they weren’t anything that would stop me from staying again. The breakfast was not that tasty. Especially the waffle and pancakes. They were very thick and taste like cardboard. The pillows were not very comfortable, but other than that everything was great.

I truly feel like this property was better than anyone could imagine! Check in went smoothly and were greeting with a taco buffet, along with a ticket for three free drinks each! What a treat after a long road trip! The shower was hot hot and the beds were comfortable! The late night food and bar was out of this world great treat!

Probably the only negative I can think of is that the breakfast buffet took a few mins to get forks out for us. Other than that our stay was really great.
