We were very tired from a 300+ mile trip at 82 yoa. Did not go to breakfast. Did get coffee but the creamer was not the original , had a sugar taste. Liked size of all rooms, esp. The bath. Was difficult to operate tv, a weird power up and channel movement we could not figure out . Had nice lake view in dining room but we were tired and such a long way from room 131.

WE R OLD PEOPLE. THE FRONT CLERK PUT US IN ROOM 131, AT LEAST 100 YARDS AWAY. I HAVE BACK AND PELVIC ISSUES, WIFE HIP ISSUES, USE CANE: HARDSHIP TO US. THEY SHOULD BE TRAINED BETTER TP LOCATE ROOMS CLOSER TO DINING ROOM, LOBBY

The breakfast was decent. The place was clean, when you did go up front ask for something, they did provide it in a timely manner.

We didn't have daily housekeeping. We had to go to the front and ask for clean towels each day. We had housekeeping come in once during our 5 days. There were 6 of us in the suite. 3 adults and 3 kids. We use up towels and toilet paper. We didn't make a big fuss about them not doing daily light cleaning, because we cleaned up after ourselves each day. However, they could of replace towels and ask if we needed anything. I saw them clean other rooms, thinking they would come to mine. They didn't.

I was traveling for work with my pets, usually my pets stay at home with my husband and our daughter, but this time they are traveling to Italy for the spring break, so I had to take my pets with me. The room was so big and nice and comfortable. The room has a kitchen area. Staff was very polite and accomodating. The beautiful lake nearby. The carpet in the hallway is beautiful as well. I felt as comfy as if I was home.

Location, very convenient and met my needs.

Staff's couldn't care less attitude. Indifference is not an incentive to people to return. During check out I attempted to explain a problem that existed with the room's shower faucet (a constant drip, an easy fix for maintenance people) but was not listened to.....they were not too busy, I was the only one there so that is not a viable excuse. Also, clerk acted vexed by my requst for a printout of my bill ...... even though it was already printed and all she had to do was remove it from a clipboard and hand it to me. This is not a total condemnation of the performance by the front desk but it is certainly not a good optic.

Front desk employees were very helpful and polite. Our room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and spotless clean. Breakfast was amazing and the gentleman that was taking care of replenishing the food was so polite and courteous and kept the area spotless. FIRST CLASS Hotel and accommodations.

Everything was perfect. We didn't have anything to complain about. There is nothing we would say that we didn't like. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The Stockbridge experience was exceptional, encompassing check-in, room service, location, and a superb breakfast bar. I highly recommend it; you will be very pleased.

The advertised fishing opportunities here, coupled with the inability to retain one's catch, were a significant factor in our decision to stay. This constitutes misleading advertising.

We were upgraded at no cost to a bigger room with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The price was good for the amenities. We liked the pond out front with a nice outdoor area with seating and we liked the pool which was peaceful. Breakfast had lots of options. Thr laundry and gym were great and the bed was so comfortable!

A little dog hair on one of our bags after but the room felt super clean and it was likely just the valet cart.

This was a very comfortable stay. The back of the hotel is perched above a sizable pond with a small dock, which permitted a pleasant morning walk. The facilities at the back of the hotel (seating, tables, bbq area, some kind of play area, pond) even had a vague resort feeling.

No complaints.

The room was very spacious and well laid out. The staff were amazing and truly were pet-friendly.. The breakfast was very good and had many typical breakfast options. The facility was clean and had beautiful grounds, including the small lake behind it. The cost was a very good value, even the $50 fee for both dogs.

Nothing.

The location was great. It was in a business environment yet secluded. Stores and restaurants were nearby. The breakfast was wonderful. There was a variety for everyone!! I wish our stay was longer to enjoy all that the hotel had to offer. I will definitely book them again and in other locations. I loved the Dove products they offered in the bath area. The front desk staff was friendly as they took the time to explain all that the hotel had to offer during our stay.

There was nothing that we didn't like. We just wished we had a longer stay.
