The room was nice and I liked that it was very close to shopping and food. I liked that the bar had the option for evening food even though we did not use it this time.

The shower head could have been better and a little more lighting in the shower area. I could still see to shower, I just prefer more lighting. I also like to adjust the water pressure since I have longer hair and I wasn't able to do that, but it did have enough pressure to get the job done. Other than that, everything was great.

The curtains did not close together and the neon signs in the street and from businesses were very bright. Hard to sleep with the colored lights coming in the window all night. We had to find something to clip the curtain together to make the room dark for sleeping. We liked the front desk staff, Clean room, going to surgery at the hospital and could not eat breakfast.

Television remote was hard to use at first. Side buttons worked best on tv.

The location was great. Right off the highway with a lot of restaurants to choose from for dinner.

This is an old facility. I expected a little nicer property based on my previous stays at Garden Inns. It was clean and every thing. Just didn't quite meet my expectations.

The receptionist was very kind, welcoming and respectful..

Female cook...I came down w/o my other three family members, but had to give her my complimentary breakfast ticket. I asked if this would be a problem when the other three came down and a male employee stepped in and said it wouldn't be a problem so I walked away. While I'm getting breakfast she began talking about me to the male employee. This upset me because i find it very disrespectful to talk about a guest in their presence....I did address her since she was telling him that's all she had to say as if i weren't clear in re of the problem that could of arose..Just distasteful, unprofessional and rude.. Only rude employee during our stay.

Awesome facility

Check inn was suppose to be at 3:00. Still not ready by 4:00. Of thr three canisters in the showe, two were totally empty. That is not acceptable

Property was excellent all the way around the people were amazing and the property was right smack dab in the middle of all my work

Nice property. Friendly staff. "Joe" the bartender was great! Clean rooms. The bed was very comfortable.

Everything was great. No complaints.

The staff was nice and the rooms were clean and it was close to a lot of restaurants so the location was pretty nice to. It is across from a mexican restaurant and they have some really good authentic food. I would stay here again if I am visting Valdosta.

My room wasn't properly stocked, we had to go down to get towels, wash clothes, extra sheets for the sofa bed and tissue.

The breakfast was good! The bar was nice for a night cap. All of the staff were very nice and helpful.

Pillows suck! The juices and breakfast self serve items were mostly out and didn’t get refilled while I was there. Seemed to be under staffed for breakfast although there were only 4 tables filled.
