Just like the pictures showed not like other hotels show you one thing and it’s another they were very nice and clean. The housekeepers were very nice and helpful when needing things the next day for our room. If I’m ever in the area again I would definitely stay here again.

When getting ready to check out I went and another guest staying with me went to the front desk. She had to go back a second time to get someone’s attention and when I went I was greeted by a housekeeper who helped me out. Before leaving the property I stood there once again until the young lady finally came from back to get a receipt

We traveled to Georgia for a wedding. Stayed in a Double Queen room with my family of 4. The room was plenty spacious, decor was tasteful. Our room was 124 on the ground floor, right by the exit/entrance door which was a blessing. 1 bed was really comfy, the other bed had lumps. The room itself was clean which is the biggest worry of all. We had 4 towels in the room too!! It's the little things. We debated about staying a 3rd night but decided to go home, and appreciated the additional 30 minutes after check out that was allowed for us to pack and clean up. Also, shout out to the clerk for telling me about lifting the handle up instead of down on the exit door. I was able to help several guests by letting them know as well. I skipped breakfast both days, but it did look really good! Everyone was super nice too!

I would still pick the ground floor near the exit, however, the exit door slams shut, and when it does, it rattles all the doors nearby. I kept thinking someone was at the door. I think a slow close would be helpful on that door but again not a huge deal.

The front desk staff was exceptional. Shermel was especially helpful in the last minute stay situation. The entire staff was great including the hospitality cleaning staff.

Continental breakfast(Missing food items) Lack of smart TV and USB ports for charging devices. On booking.com the Queen room suite has description as a private suite. It's a larger room with an open divider wall. Not private.

The staff was exceptionally accommodating. From the time we arrived until we departed, smiles. We booked online from long travels and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and plush. Lillian in charge of breakfast was the shining star of the hotel! She greeted everyone that came to breakfast and was courteous and accommodating to all that entered. Comfort Inn has a blessing of a staff! Choose this hotel above all in the Valdosta area!

The room is spacious and I love the high ceilings! We were in the first floor which is close to the exit door. It’s convenient since we have our dog with us and it was easy to get in and out when the puppy needs to do her business outside! The staff were friendly and always have a smile on their faces! We just came back today and it was a pleasant place to stay for the whole family! - room 129 , Kinsey family.

Good breakfast, many choices. Nice workout room with updated excerise equipment.

There were no sheets or blankets for the pull out sofa bed but, when asked at the front desk, were supplied. The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. There were actual spring indent marks left on my son's back from laying on it. We had to use the sofa cushions as a make-shift mattress. He's young enough so it didnt really bother him. But just be very wary if this is for an adult.

Clean and quiet

The price was very high based on other stays in Valdosta. There were baseball and other sports teams that filled the hotel and apparently other hotels so that few rooms were available. The hotel took advantage of the lack of rooms and charged premium prices. $268 + tax for one night, about double what we normally pay at the Fairfield Inn.

We just stopped for the night halfway through a long trip, and picked the right place! Everything about this place was bright, clean, well-maintained, but the best part was the staff. We were made to feel welcome from the start...at the front desk, housekeeping, breakfast...so nice and pleasant! You know how you can tell some people hate their job and don't want to be there? This is not that place!! Any time we pass through again, this one will be our go to!! You guys are amazing!

Not one thing!

Staff was welcoming with high energy. They appeared to love their job! Very accommodating. Breakfast was great. The staff working the breakfast bar was exceptional. The room was spacious, beds were fresh and comfortable.

The smell of the room wasn't bad but wasn't pleasing either. Maybe the drapery or carpet could use a cleaning. The shower head could have been cleaned as well. Not major issues, the stay was still great but these were noticeable during my stay.

The property is very clean and in a great location to wild adventure theme park and restaurants and stores

The area and the people and friendly atmosphere. The pool was clean. The grounds well kept. The breakfast and the personnel that servers they was amazing
