We have stayed at this Best Western Plus in Valdosta for three years in a row. Every time the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, everyone we encounter is stellar. The breakfast is hot and very good (pancakes, sausage, sausage gravy, eggs, grits, and more) there is even a yogurt dispersal machine (which is wild!) The rooms are always clean and well kept, linens are fresh every time. The only part I have any commentary on - the showers appear to be a little older. They do have excellent water pressure for a hotel on the plus side!! There is also a Waffle House in walking distance! The pool is nice and clean, and the heated hot tub/small pool outside is always clean as well.

Breakfast was a surprisingly good. A very varied selection gave enough choices to please everyone. Our room could very well be considered a small suite. It was comfortable and complete with a kitchenette, and large bathroom, which was perfect for guests with physical issues. Super large adjustable tv was a +.

Our bed looked so inviting as we entered the room. There was a king sized bed complete with warm-looking coverings. Looks were deceiving tho because the mattress was lumpy and horribly hard. Both of us woke up with backaches. Very surprising considering the quality of the room.

Everything was great, the suite that was stayed in for 3 days was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. The custodian, I think her name was Joanne not sure but she was very nice and helpful. My son and nephews enjoyed the breakfast served. We were there for Wild Adventures and school shopping. I will be returning. Thanks again, it means so much to know you dont have to worry about a dirty room, bugs, or loud noise. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Overall the location was good. The staff was really not that friendly and there was a gal sitting on her phone watching a show of some sort really loudly behind me when I checked in. She looked like she could have been staff - not sure. The gal that runs the breakfast in the morning was the first person I came across that greeted me before I greeted her. That was nice. The food is really not that great because the eggs are definitely powdered eggs and the sausage while tasty was very under cooked. in my opinion.

I did not like the gal that checked me in told me 0 about the process or what she was doing until I specifically asked. She was there the next morning also when I checked out and was a bit better but again - no greeting and no, "How are you doing today sir?" or anything. That is disappointing and something that is very coachable. Also there was someone vacuuming right outside my door most of the morning - like over and over and over in the same spot which I don't get. It's almost like they are asking you to please get out so i can clean your room or something. Then when downstairs the same person is apparently done vacuuming and is hanging around the front desk - just not professional in my view.

This was a last minute reservation after having to cancel my previous hotel due to lack of communication over the pet policy. The price was a little more than my previous reservation (by $20 - $40) and the pet fee was ridiculously cheap. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. This is my second trip to Valdosta and this is by far the best stay I've had so far. The price is comparable to other hotels (if a bit more pricier) and I will be willing to pay more for a better experience for now on.

The room was nice and big. It's nice to have a kitchen, dining, and living room separate from the bedroom. The beds were soft and comfortable. Everything needed for a good night's stay was in the room. It's right off interstate 75 and easily accessible. Staff was very nice.

The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast that ended at 9:30. It would have been nice to have different meat choices other than the sausage links served.

Exceptional hotel. Staff was amazing. Clean. Breakfast was great. Beds comfortable. Quiet. Very nice outside area. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond. Very friendly. 24 hr espresso machine was worth it by itself. Impressed. Travel quite a bit and this was the best experience we've had. Absolutely wonderful.

Room was spacious, clean and all of the amenities worked. The bed was comfortable and the room was relatively quiet, even during the usual morning check out rush. We had a pet with us, and there were no problems. The breakfast was convenient and the variety of choices was excellent.

Every staff member I had contact with was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Both the grounds and the hotel interior were spotless, as was the room. The bedding and the entire suite were very clean, very modern and in excellent condition. It was quiet, not paper thin walls where you could hear others coming and going. I particularly liked the fact that the entire property is nonsmoking. I would stay here again, definitely.
