The breakfast was really good, the cafeteria was clean, and most of all the staff, I give them a 10 for excellent, from the cafeteria employees to the managers. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for it all at a reasonable price tag. *****

The staff was exceptionally accommodating. Mr. Bill was the gentleman that assisted with us getting checked in and I must say he was extremely nice and made us feel right at home. We now know where we will be staying everytime we visit our child at college and will be sure to refer our friends and family as well. It made us feel better knowing our Daughter will also have a safe place to stay when we are unable to accompany her on any preschool visits. Thank you Mr Bill for all you did to make our stay exceptional. May you continue to be blessed with all your future endeavors.

It’s peaceful, everyone is friendly, and very helpful.

The bed is amazing, it’s very clean and comfortable. You have everything that you need here to make you feel like you’re at home.

The lady at the breakfast counter was super nice when I ordered my coffee. That lady that checked me in was very friendly.

My room door had to be pulled close. The carpet in the hall needed to be replaced.

The breakfast was good. I wish that the cafe was open until 10:00 am. The staff was very nice. The food was fresh!

The bathroom needs to be updated. The tile looked dirty. There needed to be more lighting in the vanity area.

We went for our anniversary it was peaceful

The food at the bar was too expensive for what they was offering, and on a Friday and Saturday night the bar closed too early

The front desk attendance were amazing and very helpful. I just think it was the stellar customer service that I received from the front desk to the maintenance and the cleaning ladies. They were all very pleasant. It was an amazing experience..

When I got there the check in lady had gave me the attitude and was trying to charge me again when I paid when I booked the room

So thankful for this staff! Alec! Jonathan. Margaret. So helpful and kind. Bistro people. Very quiet comfortable let us bring our dog, all very kind to him . Renewed stay a couple times already because of storm at home and can’t get back, very accommodating. Beautiful pool and grounds, well kept. All the staff, very nice and helpful. So appreciate Alec! Very calming and reassuring.

We appreciated everything

I liked how the staff went the extra mile to assist us. They were accommodating to our large family and even understanding and compassionate with the three disabled members.

It was a bit pricey, but the customer service more than made up for it. Also, I am used to being able to eat on-site.
