The room is very spacious. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of outlets in the room for phones, computers, etc. The bathroom was roomy with a great shower.

Our room was facing the trash area and McDonald's. Early Monday morning we were awakend by the trash pickup which seemed to go on forever. As we tend to wake up early, it wasn't a big problem. So, if you are planning to sleep in, you may want to request a room in another part of the hotel. We were there four nights. The back stairway was very dirty and was not cleaned during the time we were there. The front stairway wasn't great but not horrible.

We arrived shortly after Hurricane Debby had come through. The property was open for business and was taking in some local residents who had lost power during the storm.

The first room we were given had a door that stuck so bad that we also couldn't get out of it! It was also very musty smelling. Luckily another room was available for us to move to. The second room was much better. I don't know if this was because of the hurricane but the front desk staff seemed to be stretched thin. The single person checking people in was also doing housekeeping which resulted in no one at the front desk for longer periods of time than I've seen at other Hampton Inns. Again, this may have been because of the hurricane and other staff not being available.

Location was convenient as my family lives in Lake Park and driving from Valdosta would be unnecessarily extra.

Breakfast was fine, could use a little more variety, but I didn’t leave hungry. I had to pay holiday travel prices as well, which are well above what the value of the location was.

Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms were a very good size and loved that it had a desk with chair, along with small table and chair.

The bed was not comfortable at all. Back hurt all night and pillows were too soft

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was well maintained and had a wonderful selection. the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

There wasn't anything that I can say needed improvement. Everything was wonderful with the stay. Maybe more parking spaces, but that is the only thing I can think of.

Hotel was nice, Breakfast was good, room stayed nice and cold and beds were very comfortable.

Very expensive for one night we stayed. Just not sure it was worth what we paid.

The price for 1 night was way too much but the hurricane was just there 3 weeks ago so we believe the price was like double because of it.

Room was equipped just the way it is supposed to be, plus a nightlight in bathroom. Thank you.

No luggage carts available at check-out time. Sound proofing could be better as you could hear the room above.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was very nice and the breakfast wonderful. The location was perfect for our high school reunion.

The ONLY negative was that they had no soap. Thay said it didn't come in with their delivery.oK, not their fault, but In my opinion, management should have hit all the local stores for travel size bars or body wash. Or even cut full size bars into pieces to give the guests. Would've been better than telling all the guests where to find the grocery store so they could go out and buy their own. Considering how much we paid for our room, that was pretty chinsy and inconsiderate of the management (not the staff).

Friendly from the time we walked in the front door. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast-loved the scones.
