Our room was not large but it was clean, comfortable and had all we needed for our stay. Breakfast sco was adequate. The bed was comfortable

The staff was flustered and frustrated. The owners had recently purchased the hotel and they were having trouble with room prep and check ins. We arrived about 4:00 along with several other travelers some who had reservations as we did and some did not. We were told to wait first while others were having trouble checking in and then while our room preparation was completed. I assume these issues will be smoothed out and check in will be easier in the future. This was our second stay here and we will likely stay here again

Very small room and uneven floors like they may have had some structural issues in the past.

We had a short stay on our way from south Florida to north Georgia and were able to book a room here at the last minute. The bed was comfortable, the price was good, and the staff person was pleasant and helpful. Also, there was a tub in the bathroom, which I like.

The breakfast was minimal, which is generally not a problem for us. The main thing I want in the morning is coffee and orange juice. The coffee was ok, but the orange juice wasn't real orange juice, so that was a bit disappointing.

Did breakfast was great, the pool was clean, the rooms were clean, the staff was even better Lydia and Cristian took very good care of us. Especially Lydia she went above and beyond, gave me exactly what I asked for no problems no hassle, she was very patient and she works very hard. I noticed how she helped alot of other guests as well. She knows alot about her hotel and how to run it, she even managed the breakfast just fine the food was abundant and delicious. Lydia answered all my questions with patience and respect no matter how obnoxious my questions were shes by far the best worker I've ran into. And she treats everyone around her with kindness whether it be her customers or her coworkers. Lydia definitely made my experience at that hotel worth it, and comfortable, no complaints what so ever. Thank you Lydia!!

The room was clean and comfortable.

The only complaint was the breakfast. The poor employee was trying to attend to the desk and refill the breakfast buffet. I would suggest staffing the morning shift with at least two people so each one could focus on each area.

I loved the location of this hotel. it was right by the interstate!! The outside was very nice and neat. The room was clean. There weren’t many options for breakfast, but what they had was good.

The room was clean but it felt very damp. it was also very cramped. but it was all we needed for one night on our way to the beach. the breakfast was alright. I’ve had better and I’ve had worse. all in all it was a good hotel. I would stay there again!

Very easy to get to and Cracker Barrel right across the parking lot. Breakfast was fair and hotel was clean and quiet. We will definitely be making it our stop again.

Nothing negative to say. We enjoyed our stay.

The front desk staff was very kind and friendly and helped us with anything we needed. The breakfast was great with lots of guests sharing breakfast. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

My main problem is with the use of Glade or Febreze that is sprayed everywhere. All hotels seem to be doing this right now. It is so strong and makes me cough. I don't think it is needed. There weren't any bad odors.

No coffee until 6 or 7 am in lobby and found a master key outside on the ground. Turned it in but seems like staff should have notified someone it was missing.
