Very convenient location and a good stop on the way to Florida. The front desk personnel were very kind and accommodating.

I breakfast was just “meh”. There’s not a good seal on the doors, so you are able to hear hallway noise pretty good. There was hair on the bathroom vanity and floor. The “Do not disturb” door hanger was tucked into the bed sheets. Cleanliness not the best, but I’m very picky.

EXTREMELY comfortable beds…this mattress rivaled my one at home! large, spacious room. Everything was very clean. good lighting in the bathroom and they also provided us with all Dove toiletries. water pressure was excellent, water got very hot. breakfast also very good, quick and professional service at check in. no complaints whatsoever. Thinking of switching from Hyatts/Hiltons to IHG permanently after this experience!

We really enjoyed our stay on April 9th. We then were going to book another night on our way home from Disney on April 13th. The price had increased greatly. When I called the hotel to ask if that was the lowest rate available the male sternly repeated the quote. I stated I will check with other facilities first before confirming and he hung the phone up. This confirmed I was NOT going to return regardless of what the other resort prices were.

It was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed myself. Most hotels only serve pork as a breakfast meat option. I was very thankful that this hotel served delicious turkey sausage, and their omelettes were amazing.

Everything was good. They’re actually wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

The property was clean, customer service was great, breakfast was great as well. There were many options food wise. The pool was so clean. The staff was very helpful. The LOCATION. After a long park day at Wild Adventures there was a great selection of dinner options around. Sit down restaurants and fast food options

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to drop our bags in our room 4 hours before check in so that we didn’t have to tote them to wolf adventured with us. Breakfast was AMAZING. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very nice and clean.

The only unfortunate thing was the soap pumps in the shower were clogged so when they came unclogged they sprayed everywhere. Otherwise no complaints!

Bathrooms needed services. Toilet kept running, and shower head would not stay up. Kept falling to your waist. Needed replacement.

Staff were very helpful and courteous. Place was good and clean for an overnight stay. If avl make sure to request a room from the rear side not facing the roads to avoid some road noise. It helped us

Very please with this hotel. Front desk staff was amazing! Breakfast actually had sugar free syrup and options which is hard to find at hotels, especially for someone like me who cannot have sugar but loves pancakes.
