Room was very clean.

Disliked · Bathroom, I use a walker to get around. When stepping in to the tub it was very slippery. i slipped and had to grab on to the handrail too catch myself from falling. Being i traveled alone this time, had I completely fell, i am not sure when someone would have discovered that I had. I did not feel safe at all. Also, the shower chair provided ( as this is an ADA Room) had water go everywhere on the tile floor when i tried to move it towards the tub and i once again slipped. This is very scary. and should be addressed before someone does fall and get seriously hurt.

Breakfast was supposed to last until 10:30. When we arrived at 9:50, there was a lady mopping the floor in front of the breakfast bar. She told us not to walk on the wet floor. After waiting for it to dry, we fixed our breakfast. The lady started cleaning up the bar before we were finished. Another customer was told that the waffle machine she used had already been turned off. The lady complained that she had been at work since 5 a.m. and she wanted to get cleaned up so she could go home.

The room was nice and clean. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. It was quiet that we had no problem sleeping. Situated near shopping and restaurants.

We were there during spring break and it was difficult to access the breakfast area. There were too many people trying to access the waffle makers and at the other stations on the breakfast bar. Again, this was spring break, so I'm sure on non-holidays, this probably would not be an issue, as they do offer breakfast from 6:00 to 9:30, so that is plenty of time to get your breakfast. Wish there would have been bigger areas to walk your dog.

The beds were firm. The room and bathroom was very spacious.

There was only one elevator for everyone to use. Very inconvenient when you have to wait for the slow elevator to come from the 5th floor down and there’s 8 people waiting to go up to their room. The breakfast wasn’t what I expected: runny eggs, no meat available until I was done eating, and biscuits. Not enough kitchen staff to keep up with a fully booked hotel.

My room was very spacious and I love the quietness, my bed was extremely comfortable and breakfast was delicious every day. The staff was very pleasant and professional during my stay.

I truly wish that I could have stayed longer and enjoy my amenities at the room. I truly enjoyed my time there and thanks to the Country Inn & Suites I have great memories to share.

Very nice room, comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful (except for the woman taking care of the breakfast room). Although we didn't have any pets with us, the hotel was pet friendly which we enjoyed.

The breakfast was very skimpy, we went down to eat an hour before the breakfast was supposed to end. There were no eggs left and the woman taking care of the breakfast area rudely said there would be no more eggs. Most of the bagels and rolls were gone so the breakfast selections were pretty much limited to waffles and a few small boxes of cereal. It wasn't a huge deal, we just went down the street for breakfast.

Easy access off of I-75. Fast friendly service upon entering the hotel. Beautiful sitting area with fireplace. You could smell the cleanliness as soon as you got off the elevator. The room was a complete surprise! Separate sitting area from bedroom and 2 tvs. The room smelt fresh and the tub sparkled! Dominique, the lovely, free breakfast attendee was exceptional and went above and beyond.

If I had one "complaint" it would just be that the air conditioning vents in the room needed to be dusted. I clean houses for a living and that is a detail I always pay attention too.

Great price, clean rooms, friendly staff. Convenient location, 15 minutes to Wild Adventures, plenty of restaurants and stores right next door to the hotel. Definitely recommended.

The breakfast could be better. It's your typical continental breakfast. I was told it was more of a buffet. But really the only addition to the typical make-your-own waffles, bagels and cereal was a tray of watery, microwaved eggs and some sausage.

The location, being close to the Interstate, was very convenient. Our room was very nice. It was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. Good shower, as well.

The breakfast service was poor that morning. As I understand from the person at the desk, the person responsible for breakfast did not come in that day. The desk person did his best when approached.

The lady at front desk Mrs. Nomi was very nice gave great information about hotel and how to get where I was going. Pool was very clean. Great continual breakfast was hot good variety.

The only thing was road noise but that has nothing that has to do with hotel.
