The curtains did not close together and the neon signs in the street and from businesses were very bright. Hard to sleep with the colored lights coming in the window all night. We had to find something to clip the curtain together to make the room dark for sleeping. We liked the front desk staff, Clean room, going to surgery at the hospital and could not eat breakfast.

Television remote was hard to use at first. Side buttons worked best on tv.

The location was great. Right off the highway with a lot of restaurants to choose from for dinner.

This is an old facility. I expected a little nicer property based on my previous stays at Garden Inns. It was clean and every thing. Just didn't quite meet my expectations.

Female cook...I came down w/o my other three family members, but had to give her my complimentary breakfast ticket. I asked if this would be a problem when the other three came down and a male employee stepped in and said it wouldn't be a problem so I walked away. While I'm getting breakfast she began talking about me to the male employee. This upset me because i find it very disrespectful to talk about a guest in their presence....I did address her since she was telling him that's all she had to say as if i weren't clear in re of the problem that could of arose..Just distasteful, unprofessional and rude.. Only rude employee during our stay.

Awesome facility

Check inn was suppose to be at 3:00. Still not ready by 4:00. Of thr three canisters in the showe, two were totally empty. That is not acceptable

I told the cook the oatmeal that he prepared was the best of any I had eaten at breakfast buffets in hotels. I know this isn't a big thing, but it meant a lot to me. Very friendly staff, too. Served with a smile, even with a mask. Hard to find these days.

There was a problem with our door lock working. We couldn't unlock the door, even with the manager's master key. After a few trips to the front desk and back to our assigned room, we were finally able to get into a different room and get settled in. The management was great through this entire process though and I commend them greatly for their show of concern and prompt attention to the matter.

Property was excellent all the way around the people were amazing and the property was right smack dab in the middle of all my work

The staff was nice and the rooms were clean and it was close to a lot of restaurants so the location was pretty nice to. It is across from a mexican restaurant and they have some really good authentic food. I would stay here again if I am visting Valdosta.

My room wasn't properly stocked, we had to go down to get towels, wash clothes, extra sheets for the sofa bed and tissue.

Dirty! When our sons started at valdosta state, it was so nice and clean. now the main floor by the pool smells like pee bc of the dogs staying there. all of the carpet on the floors are dirty. the walls and doorways in the room and the tub were filthy. I told my wedding guests to stay there in august but will be telling them now to change hotels.

Nice property. Friendly staff. "Joe" the bartender was great! Clean rooms. The bed was very comfortable.

Everything was great. No complaints.
