The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were placed in a room that clearly had a previous pet issue. We thought we could manage but quickly realized we needed a new room. They didn't hesitate to get us moved and we're able to get us right across the hall for a quick easy switch. The rest of the stay was fine. Location was good and could walk to grab dinner. The pool was pretty busy so clearly people enjoyed it. (We didn't swim personally)

The smell of the first room. We told our kids "see, this is why they have to charge a pet fee" (note, this clearly was an isolated room incident they were attempting to fix)

Everything We were arriving late due to weather delay we called just to notify them of our late arrival the front desk staff was very nice. The property is an older property the staff make the place the charming and welcoming. Laundry facilities Pool and spa Breakfast was excellent a good variety the breakfast staff were constantly restocking and cleaning. Check was easy The housekeeping staff did a great job on the rooms. The headboards were dusted and cleaned. Behind the night table was clean. We were there Memorial weekend upon Arriving back to the property after being out all day there was peanut butter and jelly along with bread for a late night snack . The common areas had Memorial Day decorations. The manager was on site during day talking to the patrons. Nice room. The fold out bed was very clean Discount tickets for sale to local amusement and water park Chain restaurants right next door and across the street, outback / olive garden/ wendys

Nothing I did not like. The property is excellent

We experienced 2 issues and they were handled immediately - refrigerator door hadn’t been closed prior to us arriving and it had defrosted and water was on the floor. My husband had trouble with the television. A very gracious staff member came to check the refrigerator and clean up the water and rebooted the tv and all was well. Excellent breakfast. Lovely dining area. Staff was exceptional. Unlike many places the staff was friendly and engaged in conversation.

Needs updating but it was very clean. From the looks of the large dumpster in the parking lot, it appeared that they must be updating some rooms.

Surprisingly nice considering the rates of other hotels around. We got a room with a balcony. When we checked in they gave us a ground level room. We felt odd about it as we walked - long way, the hotel is huge - to the room, but - surprise, surprise - the room had a kind of little porch outside with a beautiful view of the pool and a spa. Very nice, comfortable, and spacious room. Quiet too, despite being ob the ground floor. Nice breakfast included on the rate.

At breakfast, servers and kitchen staff chat a lot and loudly among themselves. With due respect to them, they should contain their enthusiasm a bit - they are not in their house nor at a bar.

The location was excellent. Plenty of dining options nearby, gas stations and even shopping. Plus next to the interstate. Bright safe parking, I liked the Courtyard style of the hotel and in the center of it was a nice pool area. My room was a good size, though not the biggest I've stayed in. The bed was comfortable enough, room was clean. The free breakfast was very good with lots of options. Overall a very good value and would stay again.

The room lacked USB ports, the drain in the bathtub had visible rust around it and the unoperable fan in the bathroom was corroded and dirty.

Loved the staff, the breakfast staff clearly cares about what they are cooking and making and doing. In all my years, and I have been to a lot of hotels in all of my years, I have never seen a cooking staff at hotel care as much as this one did.

The room was a little bit disappointing. It was clean, floor, counters etc. so "maid" service was absolutely great. However, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and it appears that the thought is that a big hole in the wall at the top of this wall is the vent to the outside and there is no automated venting system. So i'm guessing that is why there is mold on the ceiling. Paint job to the room was only so, so there were many places where it was clear that somebody did not put down any painter's tape.And there were many little marks all over the place. Many of the tiles in the bathroom need to be regrouted. And the tile job itself was not super professional looking.

Room was nice. Clean. Microwave and refrigerator were nice to have. Room was spacious. Beds were very comfortable- not hard, thank goodness. A mattress that isn't hard as a rock is extremely important to me. The lobby was nice. Breakfast was good with hot items, waffle maker, muffins, bagels, good OJ. The hallway carpet and exterior room doors do need refreshed/repainted pretty badly. They are rough. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to the room and it was in better shape and smelled better than the hallway. The hallway is a bad representation of the rooms.

Location, atmosphere & they were pet friendly. We had stayed there before with our dogs & we loved the dog park. This time we didn’t bring the dogs but we felt comfortable rebooking bc of our past stay. Staff was very nice & we came in in hopes of seeing snow we are from Florida & a big winter storm was coming. There were a lot of ppl there for the same reason & even though we had a late check in the excitement was palpable. There were many ppl outside at midnight with their kids making snow angels, snowmen & having snowball fights no one said a word even though we were being a little louder than we should have given the time. We woke up early & they offer a free breakfast we were eager to frolic in the snow so we chose to not partake but it was decent looking a cut above a continental plus a nice seating area to eat, drink coffee or read the paper.

The only 2 things I had a problem with was 1) wasn’t able to get signed into wifi & 2) We left early to take the kids sledding down the street but although check out was not until noon & we did not tell anyone we were leaving I took my grandkids back to the room to warm up & use the restroom at 10 am & there was already housekeeping almost finished cleaning the room. That was pretty annoying. Idk what gave them the idea we were gone although luckily we had packed up the car as we had minimal stuff since it was such a short stay.

Wingate by Wyndham Moody AFB, Valdosta was a great value for my quick two-night stay. I asked for a quiet room and I received it. The beds were comfy, and I could tell the room and bathrooms were cleaned well when I arrived. The staff was friendly and front desk was informative. It was an economical stay in a great location, close to many restaurants, shops. Room had fridge and microwave which was useful.

There wasn't anything in particular that I didn't like... the only small thing was that the bathtub had paint chipping. Its an older hotel, but again, everything that I came across including lobby, stairs and my room was clean and no smoke or funny smells. It felt like a safe, comfy, affordable stay for my quick trip to GA.

Great location right off interstate 75. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Did have a slight oder in the room the second time we stayed. They are pet friendly. Breakfast was good. Good variety except for a meat. Had bacon the first time we stayed ,so stayed again on the way back home. Only had sausage ,that my grandson and I do not like. Since we stayed on the weekend, didn't get the included dinner. Did get a discount at Texas Road House which was within walking distance. Also walking distance to other restaurants and some shopping.

Did not have a hair dryer in the rooms. Says there are coffee makers in the rooms but you have to ask for one.
