Came to town for graduation.

My only complaint was the maid never cleaned our room even though I put the sign on the door on day two of our stay, and in order to get more towels, we had to go downstairs with the dirty ones to exchange them for we ones.

Staff were very helpful & accommodating -- we got in very late at night and they already had a crib set up in the room for our sleeping toddler.

The crib did not have a sheet -- luckily we had traveled with one.

The guy at the front desk said he couldn’t give me a receipt but Booking.com will send me one ? He said he couldn’t see what it was ! Yesterday when we asked to stay last night the girl could see our receipt????

The room was beautifully maintained & the staff was great! Location was perfect for a stay over on our trip to Florida. It would also be great for an extended stay. We would highly recommend this hotel!!

They only downside is the convenience of at least offering a continental breakfast. We did know this ahead of time and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from.

We stay here anytime we’re traveling from FL to TN- since it’s one of the few pet friendly places and our kids always love the big rooms (with a dishwasher!!) it’s convenient to everything- so many great breakfast options near by since they don’t offer breakfast. It always feels safe and quiet when we stop here. We love Candlewood.

I think they should have better options when it comes to breakfast and it should be free with the amount of money ones pay out

I was under the impression their would be a small living area with loveseat and a chair, as depicted in the photos. There was only one chair, which was my only disappointment.

I felt very safe the area was very quiet there was restaurants, stores, and a mall near by we had a wonderful time.

No free breakfast 😟

The room was very nice. The bedding, pillows, and mattress were so comfortable. Fromt desk clerk was friendly and kind.

A guest burned something in their room in the microwave on the 3rd floor. We were 4th. Front desk told us about it and it had a smoke smell, but it went away. It happened about an hour before we checked in.

Denny's & Waffle House was in the area. So that was great for us. I really enjoyed my stay but the next time i want 4th floor. A lot of traffic on that third. Heard it half of the night on that second floor.

Kids be in bed a bit earlier.
