Our room was exactly like it was shown on the site. It was extremely clean and smelled really fresh... not that stale cigarette and dirty carpet smell that I've experienced in some other hotels. The beds were super, super comfortable... the linen looked and smelled cleaned. The carpet was clean... my white socks didn't get dirty from walking on it, which was a plus for me. The bathroom was clean and had the necessary supplies and hygiene products.The hotel and room were really quiet, with no excessive noises. The air conditioner worked wonders after being out in the Georgia heat.The breakfast was more than adequate... everything was there that I would eat at home. Room service came by every morning to check to see if we wanted our room cleaned or needed any clean towels or other necessities. The refrigerator and microwave were clean and also worked!!! The TV was modern and worked. We were also able to use the WiFi with no problem. There was a pool, not extremely large but sufficient and clean. The staff was friendly and professional. It cost a little more than some of the surrounding hotels in the area but it was worth it.To sum it up, our stay was absolutely wonderful, and I would absolutely choose to stay at this Best Western location again!!!

There wasn't anything that we disliked about the hotel... it more than met our expectations... no complaints.

I love the location of the property. It was across the street from the shopping area. Also it was a short drive to place I was in town to attend for a birthday celebration.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was getting locked out of my room after I had went to breakfast: I assumed the key was on some of timer for the day of check out. But it was frustrated to be locked when I had over 4 hours before check out time.

I like the cleanliness, the breakfast the rate was especially good because we were unable to leave on the schedule date and had to stay an extra day and the rattes ere good.

the need a sign at the enter of the hotel near the street level so you will know that this is where you turn in at. Need some light in the back just in case you have to park in the back

Front desk staff was efficient and helpful. Overall property was clean . Room was clean & pleasant. Breakfast was good. Hot choices as well as cold. Checkout was quick & easy.

A/C was a bit noisy. Bed sheets were very wrinkled. Seemed very clean, but at first wondered if the bedding was fresh. Room darkening curtains either torn or hung incorrectly.

It was nice and quiet.

The only problem I had was with the keys. They were very difficult to get to work. I had them “reprogrammed” several times and was told to keep them away from my cell phone and credit cards. The only problem was that I kept them in their sleeve and never had them near my phone or credit cards.

Bed/Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of soap & shampoo. Ice machine nearby and fridge with freezer compartment (all important to me). Good (warm) breakfast (not just all carb).

Not as many towels, some (not all) were thin. Somewhat musky smell in the room. Chair (leaning back) broken/did not work. Strange people (?) hanging out in the (rear) parking area. Bathroom layout was weird (had to close the door to use the toilet)

Breakfast was good. Coffee was good. Very comfortable beds. We have stayed here before.

The room was very dark. They need more room lighting and 2 lights were out in the bathroom. Even with all the lamps on, it was very dim in the room and made it hard to see.

Recent says in Best Western were disappointments, however, since it was just one night, I was by myself, and to be honest, it was about forty dollars less than other hotels around,I figured I'd give it a shot. I was very pleasantly surprised with the Best Western in Waycross. I arrived at nearly 10 pm and the ladies at the desk were very gracious, gave me a very good room with a really good bed and on the first floor. I parked my car, went to the room and went to sleep. Breakfast was generic, but fine. No issues and I certainly will consider Best Western again.

The location was excellent. We went to Okefenokee Swamp Park and the motel was only about 10 minutes away. Very convenient. Also close to shopping and eating. Couldn’t have asked for a better location.

Breakfast was served from 6:30 to 9:30 each day. We went down to breakfast at 8:00 and there were no scrambled eggs or bacon. The receptionist said more eggs were being prepared. We waited 45 minutes before the eggs arrived. Still no bacon. Very disappointing. It shouldn’t have taken forty five minutes to defrost eggs.

The side door did not work properly, when I inquired, the worker at the desk stated it was a door problem and not a keypad problem…… this lead to some occupants propping the door open. As a solo traveler, I felt this was a safety concern. Also, the entry was “dark” at all times.
