Great location, short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. My room on the sixth floor was quiet. Didn't hear any street noise or from other rooms. Room was clean, comfortable, staff very friendly. They also have a water filling station on the Lobby level (ground floor) and laundry on the second floor.

I was told towards the end of my stay from friends, I could have got a bottle of water at check in. The hotel laundry only has 3 washers and 3 dryers. It's a pain having to wait for someone to return when their laundry is in the washer or dryer.

Waikiki is overpriced, this hotel was good value in comparison. Pushing timeshare from the concierge desk??

location. clean. pleasant staff

upon checkin I realized that my room - #1250- was close to the elevator shaft and it groaned and creaked all night. i was also a few steps away from the janitorial room which also added to the noise. the shower head sprayed everywhere. WORST of all I had no balcony. very disappointed. the hotel did move me on my 3rd night to a much better room. #760. room 1250 should not be assigned to any other future guest.

We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was in the best location opposite the International Marketplace shopping centre and a bus stop 60m away which had direct busses to Ala Moana, International Airport and Pearl Harbour. So many restaurants close by as well. The room was cosy and the best thing was the in-room microwave where we could heat up our takeaway food as needed. Only a 15 min walk to the beach.

The exterior facade of the building and the pool area are very dated. However, the hotel lobby and our room was renovated so that made up for the old exteriors.

The hotel was clean. Situated in a central location. Lots of food options, shopping and beach nearby.

Centrally located, close to eat and shops. Staff were all nice, 2 blocks to the beach and across the international marketplace👍

Nothing just that one time at dawn when the fire alarm went off, little bit scared especially my son. We don’t know what happened maybe somebody was smoking even though the hotel is a non-smoking facility. So, that’s it after the fire alarm went off we did not sleep good.

The location was great and the hotel was very clean and modern.

The mattress on the sofa bed was not too comfortable

Rooms are a good size. Location is good. Very handy to the International Market Place and the beach.

We were not happy that the property’s intended approach for holding funds on a credit card (the full amount for the stay, plus an additional $100/night for possible extras) was not explained clearly to us. We expected to pay (using a different card) upfront, but this did not happen. To their credit, the manager agreed to correct the misunderstanding in the best way he could. Ideally, staff should be aware that people checking in can sometimes be very tired and jet lagged and might not fully understand what they are being told is going to happen. People should also be given the option to pay in advance (which is what we expected).
