The complex is a little dated but kept in very good condition. Extremely clean and daily housekeeping was of a very high standard. The Hilton lagoon was loved by the children. The apartment we stayed in was well set up and very comfortable - full kitchen and modern washer and dryer.

There isn’t an on-site gym in this building but can be accessed in other buildings of the Hilton. The pools in general at the Hilton are dated and cold. Hilton in general is well set up but a longish walk to centre of town. View from apartment was called partial ocean but really could only see the ocean from the balcony.

excellent rooms, and the slide pool was great for the grandkids. The village was great. Aoki restaurant accommodated all 20 of us and the food and service was to die for. The pictures taken were amazing and what a great place for memories and fun.

Not all pools were heated. But the ocean was fantastic!

That everything was super convenient. With my elderly parents it was easy to get around and the restaurants were only a short walk away. And we loved the 8th floor hospitality room. It’s nice when you have a late flight home.

Not much to complain about. Our tvs didn’t screen mirror which we tried to do a couple of times but that’s not much to worry about.

Vallet and Bellmen were awesome and always super friendly greating.

The elevators are a bit slow and often had to wait quite a bit of time for one to come to the floor or down to the lobby. There was even times there was a line up in the lobby to get an elevator to go up.

Hilton hotel reception didn't convert our foreign currency as we were from Hilton Wikikian which shouldn't happen as customers we expect both facilities are same and everything is for all group of facilities. They told me its only for Hilton Hawaiyan.

It's always a treat to stay at the Hilton! Even though I've lived there for 20+ years, we love coming back for vacation with the kids to enjoy Hilton Waikiki. It's also comparable to Hilton Waikoloa in Kona, HI!

Size and quality of room/studio. Everything clean and in great working condition. Fantastic support (responsiveness) of the staff. Nice location, great views, comfortable atmosphere.

Pools are overcrowded and basically undersized for the many rooms in the Hilton Village. Rental rates for beach toys (SUP, etc.) are way too high resulting in very little rental activity and frustrations among a lot of guests. It's cheaper to buy certain "toys" in the store and leave it behind than renting. Restaurants: Too few and overcrowded - long waits. Food quality rather low and prices are rather high - out of whack basically. Luau show was great but food and cocktails pretty bad, feels like a rip-off.

The condo was spacious and clean. It had a great kitchen with everything you would need. The beds were comfortable. This property is walking distance to many restaurants and shops and there are also plenty of restaurants to chose from on-site. The lagoon is a nice option for calm water to float on a raft in or to use peddle bikes.

The main pool facilities could be updated a bit. The snack bar was “out” of some of the menu items but the staff was friendly. The ocean view that we paid for was not the view I had hoped for as there was a small amount of ocean that was visible between two other buildings.

Everything was amazing. It was so helpful to be in the tower with condo-like amenities such as a kitchen (to save time and money on eating/drinking) and a washer/dryer (lessens the amount of clothes to pack for the flight). Parking was self-park and for what it was it was very convenient. If you are comfortable with driving a large vehicle you will have no problems. But be aware, if you are new to driving larger/longer cars or SUVs, some of the turns are a little tight. If you park on the correct side of the self parking structure, there is direct elevator access to the Waikikian interior lobby. To have access to all of the different pools throughout this whole complex was a great perk. I believe there are close to 6 pools throughout the whole property for each respective tower. The lagoon was such a great thing to have access to because it made it so easy to entertain the kids with a beach-like experience without having the same "parental" worries when playing at a beach with waves and currents. The Rainbow Bazaar was so easy to get to, although a bit of a walk due to how massive the entire property is. In addition, having a Louis Vuitton store definitely bumped up the luxurious feel. The small shops and restaurants were a delight to have when you didn't want to trek to the offsite retail stores/malls. Staff were extremely helpful. We tried to take full advantage of everyones' services to enrich our stay and to justify the cost of staying so long at such a property. I only hope the corporate "overlords" do not mess with staffing and access to services unless they drop the price by a LOT.

Most of the food was great at the Bazaar, but one location in particular has to go. I will not mention it by name but they serve NY-style food (why in Hawaii, beats me). But their food is terrible and some experiences with staff was disappointing. Most everyone tried their best to keep up with the demand, but one person at the register left a lot to be desired. I know Hilton is not responsible for them but visitors, be aware. Go to all the other restaurants and bypass this place.
