Location was fantastic! Great eating places all around us, two large shopping and eating malls down the road!! Couldnt have picked a better location!

The rooms vary greatly because they are privately owned condos! I booked 2 rooms of equal value for us and our friends. The rooms were near completely different, one was much "flasher" than the other with an amazing straight on view, we had a side view but higher. Also, enough with the non-smoking signs, crikey, we had one stuck on our door along with all the other rooms beside us. Signs inside, multiple signs at the lobby, good lord, we get it!

Excellent high speed Internet; my wife had to teach a university graduate seminar by Zoom and the Internet as fast and robust. Service in the grille--excellent. Bellmen. Very, very prompt!

Breakfast--Way, way too many carbs--rice and potatoes?-- and not enough nutritious food. I just wanted a simple cheese omelette and a bagel or English muffin and it as extremely difficult. And expensive. The omelette lacked any taste, either. Not work the price or hassle.

Great price for a great location and property. Very good restaurant and shops on main floor. Did not try fancy restaurant on top floor. Wonderful lady in the travel business printed an email attachment for me after finding hotel staff could not do so. Cannot blame them; hotel should be able to provide this service.

The kitchenette was only stocked with the basics…4 each eating utensils, large plates, small plates, etc. 3 very dull knives. Hade to freeze our own ice, probably because of no ice maker in the fridge. Older remodel of kitchen had illogical and hidden locations for light switches. No garbage disposal. BUT, the price was VERY good for the location. Just stuff to expect if you go there.

Room was lovely, a view to ocean as requested. We enjoyed early mornings and sunsets on the balcony. The hotel is beautiful. Breakfast and dinner at Cinamons was great. Food was very good. Server's were friendly and helpful.

No bellhop when we checked in at 5pm. He was gone for the day. Huh? Buying ice in the store? No. Not sure what the $25 amenity fee was for but we didn't even have bottled water for the room.

I loveeee this location! It was perfect! I will definitely come back. The staff was really friendly and helpful from the front desk staff to the valet staff! They made me feel so welcome, so I stayed another 5 days! Lol! I stayed at other hotels. But this was the best one yet! Thanks again for the amazing experience! See you guys soon :)

Nothing at all. I loved everything!

Well situated and great to be in an iconic hotel in Hawaii. The staff were friendly and helpful and even gave us some bubbly to help celebrate our anniversary. Of all the places we stayed during our stay in Hawaii, especially on Oahu, this felt like we were in Hawaii. Loved the ice-bream, nachos and water vouchers.

The facilities are a bit dated now and need some refreshing.

One block-ish from beach; on site restaurant, ice cream shop and convenience store; cold A/C; free use of beach towels and beach chairs; location for tour bus stops; price.

“Beachfront” not exactly beachfront; had to walk to the Hilton Hawaiian Village beach. Pools close at 7:00 p.m. Bathrooms need to be updated. Cleanliness needs improvement.

The location of this property was excellent. The room was also good size. It was like a studio apartment with a balcony with ocean view which was great! Comfortable beds. I would stay here again. Music on friday nights with hula dancers was wonderful!

There were picketers outside the hotel when we arrived.

Terrific location. Good facilities.

Terrible trouble with the sliding door to the balcony. Very difficult to operate. Also had trouble with television. Staff tried to fix but still didn’t work. We survived without television.
