We were treated very well upon arrival. The front staff checked us in and explained the cafe, food trucks, grounds, pool and where the closest beach was located. He also helped us with a ride to the beach and info on the shuttle. Nice Job!!

I had to check out at noon and my flight was not until 9:00 PM. The staff was very nice, made me feel comfortable and stored my suitcase while I waited. The only thing was, there was a large meeting of some sort going on in the main lobby. The tables were all being used and it was extreamly loud. I sat outside for awhile, but it was hot and windy. I wish they would have been given a meeting room to go into.

The ground's were very well kept, loved the staff they were all so sweet and helpful. The bed's were awesome comfortable! And the room was very nice and clean, and the location was close to the beaches and the stores. 👍

Not too much to complain about, not sure why but had to pay for parking and there wasn't a freezer in the little fridge.

location was fine since we had a rental car. The room was fine. Clean, quiet, staff was friendly and nice.

The initial check-in was chaotic. The name on reservation was incorrectly listed. It took the patience of the hotel desk to discover what was wrong with the reservation. Booking.com listed my name incorrectly.

The convenience of being near my Ohana, quick easy check in & love the wonderful breakfast selections.

Not enough of a security presence. The last evening of our stay, apparently someone was stealing cars from the parking lot. But overall the area is safe, but just like any other place there's bad apples taking advantage of unseen presence of security.

I had an excellent stay! The check-in process was smooth, and I’d like to give a big thank for front desk team for suggesting me to get two queen bed instead of one I booked. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pools were amazing. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located. An important benefit is that it offers airport shuttle service. It is also convenient for various locations. They have very helpful staff. It was a clean room. I heartily recommend it.

The hotel was great, my expectations where low since it’s an airport hotel but I was amazed with all the facilities the hotel had.

The sofa bed was horrible

I was disappointed there was no breakfast included. The pool and hot tub was nice. No microwave though. Beds were nice and firm. Cleaning staff was especially helpful. The price was acceptable. The location of food trucks was great. Justin at the counter was great and helpful!!

This hotel is in a good location and it's very close to the airport. (They also have a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel.)

The hotel was very clean. Staff was amazing a huge thank you to Jen who went out of their way to help us out! The bistro is good and so are the food trucks near by
