The hotel was very clean, the location was great with many shops/restaurants within walking distance, the grounds were very well kept, the music in the lounge area, the tables for eating and games available in the lounge area, the self-service laundry with pods from the front desk, the pool and lounge chairs, the different areas of the lounge chairs, the beach behind the hotel, the friendly staff, and above all - loved the ambiance by the pool in the evening with the fire pit glowing and different colours of the pool under the starry night!

The parking was a bit tight, however there was a lot of space behind the hotel.

The staff was really service minded and did a good job keeping the place clean. The location with its own beach as well as the pool surrounded by the rooms was very nice. I will definitely recommend it to families.

The rooms besides the pool are a little worn out and the air conditioner. The renovated room in the adjacent building we later upgraded to was a bit noisy since the outdoor door to the floor made a big sound when it was shut, which generally took place from early morning to late night. The above mentioned things should be easy to fix though.

Great location near the airport. Unfortunately, their airport shuttle doesn't start until 6am and we needed to leave by 5:30am. Reasonable hotel price in that area. Fine for one or two nights. Our room, 102, was recently updated and was nice, including upgraded patio furniture, compared to the others we saw. Nice pool and right on a small beach. Attached restaurant gives 10% off when you show your key. Nice under counter sensor nightlight comes on as you walk toward the bathroom. Friendly, professional staff.

Room 102 is quite small with room only for one medium suitcase to be open at a time. Very limited storage for those staying long enough to unpack. Recent update includes a chair that is too large for the room and just in the way. No light switch near the door and switches on the bedsides are too high to reach from lounging in bed.

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the view and scnery at the pool and the beach. However we've only stayed for one night and we really enjoyed . We stayed in a new room with upgrades spic and span nice fixtures I love it. The satff was friendly and helpful. Its very accessible to the stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would stay again because its right next to the water and you can't beat the view.

The only thing that I didn't was the pool was crowded . Were hoping we could relax in the pool for awhile .That's all.

Helpful staff, not a huge busy resort more relaxed and going at your own pace.

The AC worked way too good, not really a problem though

Room was perfect size for the family, clean and comfortable, its centrally located near many stores, outlets and eateries, outstanding restaurant right next-door, and located close to airport. The Manager, front desk staff all the way to the maintenance, security and maids are all very helpful, friendly and courtesy. Very family-oriented hotel

Parking is very tight especially if you have a big vehicle, the lot is always full, but it could be because of the restaurant patrons, this is the only downfall. You are allowed to park next door at the Maui Beach lot with your hotel placard displayed, so it was workable.

Close to the airport. Well laid out, comfortable room, great restaurant on site.

Half stairs between floor 1&2 are very awkward. Price was pretty steep for about a 9 hr stay but is probably in keeping with tourist pricing. Beware of the “final” price. It’s MUCH MORE than the advertised price. Not sure if that’s a website thing or a local hotel thing but it’s ridiculous. One hotel we viewed was $150 more than the “shown” price. Very misleading.

ac, lobby, room were all very comfortable. airport shuttle was very convenient and we were able to use it the day after we arrived to pick up our rental from the airport. location was also very convenient and close to many restaurants. also appreciated the reusable water bottles they provided and the conveniently located water refill stations.

nothing stands out as something we didn't like. we would definitely stay here again next time we visit maui, and we would make a point to try the on-site restaurant next time. we also didn't get a chance to try the pool as our schedule was full so we'll definitely try that next time as well.

A simple place that makes its guests feel like they are in a 5-star hotel. Also has an amazing food and service at their restaurant. We stop trying others because we couldn't find better at that budget.

The elevator is far away from the reception and we were on the other end of the hallway, so we have to choose between stairs to the 3rth floor or walk all the way

The staff, particularly, Gary....was friendly and helpful. He was able to check us in early and provide us with some local information. The hotel is very close to the airport, so making an early morning flight is easy. The whole place has been remodeled and while the rooms are simple, the pool area is wonderful, along with a sandy beach area near the pool.

The restaurant attached was a disappointment. The staff rushed us through our meal and the place was NOT busy at all. I had the Miki (noodles with shrimp and chicken), there are no shrimp and very little chicken...I honestly think they forgot to add it. For others in the party, many of the options for sides were unavailable. We did not enjoy the meal, and it was our last meal in Hawaii....such a shame.
