nicely landscaped, easy access to everything.

the fitness center is not free for resort guests - they charge $7 per day, which is very mean considering the amount of money we spent to stay there. Parking $10/day, extra $25 for amenities, whatever that is.

We loved the spacious layout of the condo. Also we really appreciated the complimentary upgrade. The proximity to the water was great, showers had great pressure, the kitchen was accommodating for cooking, and parking was easy. We did expect a better ocean view as requested and per the pictures advertised. We had a view of the ocean from the side of the property.

We only had two memorable slightly annoying experiences that called for a lowered rating of staff. First disappointing encounter was the towel person that stated we needed an addt'l towel coupon card just for the addt'l towel, politely requested, for use on the chairs. The towel person let th gentleman behind us take multiple towels without handing her anything. Also he did not stay in the pool area. And lastly, the front desk person could have been a little nicer when we requested an hour later check out. The option to use come down and shower in the lobby did not seem adequate of an offer. We are very tidy, the room did not need much time to be prepared for the next guests.

Fantastic views; lovely staff. Kids loved the grounds and the pool. Rooms and bathrooms nice. Easy access to grocery store across street. Amenities were convenient. A few miles from fantastic snorkeling and you can rent gear at property. We liked that there wasn’t a boardwalk with constant people in front of it. It gave a more peaceful vibe than in southern Kaanapali resorts.

There isn’t easy access to swimming on the beach from the hotel. There’s a small beach area nearby but it became deep and had a little too much pull for the kids. But again, the easy snorkeling and swimming was a few minutes drive south at Airport Beach with some public parking so that wasn’t a problem. And we rented gear at our hotel.

-had amazing view this time. (Our second visit) -amazing staff -pool, actually swimmable beach, bar, food all in very close proximity. You can just stay here and enjoy your full stay.

-condos need some renovations. Carpets, tvs and internet need upgrade

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, and the hotel is right ON the beach. Plus I was surprised how much we enjoyed the kitchen and the movie rental (new movies). The kitchenette has everything you need to cook a meal. There is grocery store right across the street where we got delicious local fruits like Papaya and pineapples (prep and froze then the next day's outing) daily. There were tons of Japanese and korean noodle options. Go to the Fish market a few blocks to pick up tacos or some fresh fish to cook. The King cinnamon buns next door are delicious must try. Free Hula and ukulele classes were fun for the whole family.

The beds were average. But they did the job, we slept well.

our room on 6th floor room 606 had ocean view. Beautiful balcony, with sliders opening all the way for full view. Pools and short path to the beach.

unfortunately the ocean view pool closed on our second day for major repairs. not completed till Oct 2022. There is only 1 Resturant and bar on-site. Not far to walk across the street, grocery store, some pizza, shaved ice and food trucks in the evening.

The condo was very clean, great view and location. We had a unit right above one of the pools and could see the ocean from our lanai

The kitchen was lacking in some items. No vegetable peeler. Had to call the desk to get a large fry pan, a baking sheet and a broiler pan. The toaster was very old and very basic Proctor Silex that wouldn’t raise the toast up properly. A newer model that worked well was brought to our room. No coffee filters in kitchen Ice maker is very old in unit 745. Twice we had to have ice delivered to our room. This unit needs a new refrigerator. Had to call for extra blankets. A/c unit was hard to regulate the temperature so we turned it off during the day and left the lanai doors open. Other units that our family members stayed in were much nicer.

Loved the view, pool, hot tub, restaurant, servers and staff. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Parking was great and you could walk to area food trucks.

Their was an excessive amount of roaches in the kitchen. The only thing we did was make coffee and they were all over the counter and sink and crawling on the coffee maker while I was making and pouring the coffee. Speaking of coffee, it was too weak for my taste. The local food truck served much better coffee.

This was our 5 th time or more staying at Your resort and will be back. Everything is very nice. The pool ladder came loose one day, we shared it with an employee and within minutes there was a crew that came to fix it, they were very thorough and got the job done.

The deck at the ocean pool was very sandy and I didn’t see anyone cleaning it the 12 days we were there. We stayed in 2 different condos and both of them had very uncomfortable beds and the kitchens did not have enough kitchen items or pans to cook with.

The staff there were extremely friendly and nice. I believe my room was upgraded and I was most definitely pleased. Thank you for that.

I was surprised as no one could help me with a jumper cable as my rental car did not start. I ended up walking around asking people who worked there or stayed there if they had a jumper cable. I would like to think that a hotel would have a list of towing companies and other essential services to assists their guests just in case their vehicles breakdown or other emergencies. Maybe security or maintenance could keep a jumper cable handy as a just in case. It would be a convenience for guests if a list was available. I was very fortunate that there was a local family currently staying at the hotel due to the Lahaina fire willing to assist me with driving me to the airport so I wouldn't miss my flight.
