Location was excellent, short walk to decent sized shopping complex with lots of food options. Breakfast had lots of options and was well worth getting. In room TV had casting option which was great as well.

I drink black tea and there was no black tea available for several days due to a delivery problem, I had to go to Safeway and buy my own which I thought was a bit rough considering the amount of money paid to stay there. My booking included breakfast which we needed to have them look into as initially we were told it wasn’t included. At checkout we were charged TAX on the breakfast which was an unexpected charge. Bookings.com advertised breakfast as included with no mention of taxes to be paid on that so perhaps this needs to be looked at.

Ka’anapali beach is always a favourite of ours when visiting Maui (reminds us of Noosa beaches back home) and the outrigger is perfectly positioned to enjoy all that strip has to offer. The hotel has a way of feeling spacious too (even though it’s large) and we had breakfast included and this was not crowded either which was nice to dine in each morning. Loved everything about our stay and would look at outrigger again when we next visit.

The balcony could do with sun lounges so you can recline and read out there. We hardly used it because it wasn’t comfortable to sit out there

Excellent location and super friendly staff. We were upgraded to the remodeled rooms, free of charge. Very nice surprise.

$30 breakfast buffet was so lame, it was embarrassing. You paid and tipped prior to being seated, just to find out, even the coffee was self serve. No omelet bar or anything catering to your personal wants. Since everything was self serve, what am I tipping for.

We happened to check in on the day a tsunami warning was issued. Although we arrived feeling quite worried, the friendly staff handled the situation calmly and professionally, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable stay. We spent six nights here, and when it was time to leave, we wished we could have stayed a few more days. The room was tidy and well-cleaned, and every member of the staff we encountered was warm and welcoming. Thanks to them, we felt at ease and truly enjoyed our time throughout our stay.

The swimming pool was a bit small, which was a slight disappointment, but the deep water and the chance to watch the stars at night made up for it.

Liked the close proximity to the beach. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was pleasant.

Breakfast buffet was $30 per person but not at all what we expected for a continental breakfast. The rest of the breakfast days we went to a near by cafe for cheaper and was delicious.

Great location, one morning there was a whole pod of dolphins <100 ft from the shore, beautiful sandy beach and clear water. Whalers Village (shops/restaurants/ABC store) nearby is convenient. Uber/lyft always <10 min away. Staff was super friendly but not over-the-top, we had to seek folks out for help rather than being constantly asked, which is a plus for me. The grounds are beautiful, I did some yoga on the lawn and it was really relaxing. Super comfy room, we paid for the upgrade and got a beautiful top floor spot with a perfect view of beach/sunsets. It's nice that the onsite restaurant is Maui Brewing Co - food was great, beer was excellent and their canned cocktails are extra tasty. All in all, a lovely vacation!

I was surprised that we had to pay to rent umbrellas/chairs on the beach, but that's the only real negative thing. No beach bar/restaurant or service (can also be a good thing if you prefer a quieter experience). The excursions thru the hotel were more expensive than booking directly with folks (which is typical). We heard a few things were cut back since Maui is still recovering from the fires, so we understood and felt happy to support the local economy by tipping extra and not complaining.

It’s important to know that if you book a Partial Ocean View room, it means your room will be on the 1st to 3rd floors. An Ocean View room is located on the 3rd to 6th floors. I recommend requesting a view of the garden and pool, as this will give you a stunning view of the garden, ocean, and beach all at once. The staff at the lobby is outstanding—they are incredibly accommodating and go above and beyond to ensure your room and balcony views are as pleasant as possible. For those staying in Ocean View Front rooms, I believe there won’t be any issues with the view at all! In conclusion, excellent service, a fantastic hotel, breathtaking views, great prices, and spotless housekeeping. Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable!

Everything was amazing! The hotel recepcionist was very kind, the rooms are very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the front beach is AMAZING and there is a Small Mall near with some greats restaurants options.

The property was small and not overcrowded. It was close to the Whaler Village shopping center.

What I disliked about the property was that they were not transparent about their heir charging fees at check in. On the day of check in I was told that all my fees were covered and that I had paid everything before hand. However they did specified I had to have a credit card as a deposit hold on file just in case we did any damage or incurred any extra charges which we did not and was charged $194.65 for I don’t know what after we had already arrived back to our home base state.

The very friendly staff. The clean modern rooms (premium Ocean front room) with amazing views. The cleaners were very efficient and friendly and complimentary toiletries were plentiful. Location to the beach and Whaler's Village. The cultural activities that happened daily. Reception staff were very helpful and welcoming at both check-in and check-out. Thank you for an amazing stay!
