Spacious bathroom and a large shower. Beach access across the street. Free laundry.

Coffee maker did not work. Only 4 restaurants/bars in walking distance. Pool constantly had leaves floating in it. The hot tub had a stream of ants crawling around the edges. The laundry room although clean, outside in sitting/recreation area with the hot tub seemed to be neglected by the cleaning staff. Not much night time activity in the area. We drove alot to get to attractions and to sightsee.

The location is great! The 'apartment' size accommodations were terrific. The arrangement provides for privacy while using the bathroom as well as having enough sleeping quarters. The lanai is generously sized to seat 4 or 5 people comfortably for breakfast or dinner. The staff are superb & help with any issues.

Nicer bedding would be an improvement.

This is a nice resort. We did expect more for our money though. The room was well furnished with cutlery and plates etc. The common areas (pool, BBQ area) of the resort are nice, clean and spacious. There is a laundry facility available on site. The property also provides washing detergent (Tide) for one load at no charge.

The resort is 2 - 2.5 hours away from Road to Hana and from the visitor center of the Haleakala National Park (sunrise place) The front desk receptionist gave us a cold welcome (no smiles). The room was ok (clean but nothing to get excited about). The room was not spacious. The parking spots are very cramped.

Very nice accomodation overall and very friendly personell. Hotel rooms are very small and some have a just one small window facing the hotel floor. Only recommended for shorter stays. If you stay longer choose a Studio or larger unit. Overall very pleased.

Great whirlpools at the resort! Nice green area with a pool with an artificial waterfall in the centre of the resort.

Our room didn't have a balkony or any view at all. Barely sunlight in the room. Of course the westcoast of Maui is very expensive, so we booked the cheapest room of the resort - but from an European perspective that was still pretty expensive.

Everything was very nice. Friendly, and the pool area was the best!

Our bed in 501b was one of the worst beds we have ever sleeped in. Big dips on each side of the bed with a hill in the middle. The room itself was very nice and roomy.

This place is absolutely lovely. The courtyard is beautiful, especially after dark with the torches burning. The outside jacuzzi tub with the sand bottom was a unique way to watch the stars at night. The room was large and comfortable, with a lovely deck and views. .

The room we were in (a 1 bedroom suite) was very dated. The walls were mirrored, the tile beige, and the kitchen was meh. Everything was serviceable, and none of this detracted from the experience, but just know it isn't the height of modern design. It is also quite expensive, but I guess not too bad for Maui.

the STAFF made such an immediate impression on us - simply stunning and in this day and age , almost unheard of. Went out of their way in EVERY conceivable notion to make our stay the best it could be. We are so GRATEFUL. We loved this property, quiet, pool and Hot tub were great, washer and dryer on site.. room was awesome.. Absolutely NOTHING to complain about.

Lai was the first to greet me and everyone was shining with Aloha throughout. My stay has been a truly memorable experience. I'm staying a second week!

The location was good, several possibilities around for restaurants and shops. Beach was walking distance. Bus for the rest of the west cost was stopping close the hotel. Nice swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna available, not crowded. Well furnished kitchen.

The room was quite small and without terrace, so it was difficult to dry clothes. Bed was comfortable but also quite small. Wifi was not working very good for video calls. No possibility for the breakfast.
