There are fees and taxes added to your booking. The whole process is not really transparent, I ended up paying 250 dollars more than I initially had assumed I'd pay, with the same money I could have stayed at a better place in a better location

Very clean, modern and close to the beach. Complex was well kept and our two level accommodations were fantastic. All the appliances you would need.

I sent a message via the chat for check in and again later for check out since the registration desk was always closed. I still haven't received a response and I checked out 2 days ago. Booking even sent a message on my behalf and still no answer. Good thing we didn't have any problems or this could have been quite frustrating.

Fabulous location, across from the beach. Everything you need with full kitchen, living space, bathroom and separate bedroom. Easy access to what you need, close to many other beaches, A/C and fans kept the space cool, blinds helped keep the bedroom nice and dark.

Noise level is AWFUL. Literally the only reason we didn't rate this higher was because we could hear every conversation, car and passerby outside the bedroom. The windows are slatted in room F110, so it was like there was zero sound barrier.

Location. Room size is big and comfort. Kitchen has all the cooking things we need.

Wi-fi is not working properly, even after a staff came to check, it works on that day, but on the second day, it doesn't work again. Room Safe box is not working. We had asked for help, they said someone will come to check but no one came and we could not use the safe.

I love the location, close to the beach and other establishments, the staff is very accommodating, parking lot is accessible. The pool was kind a small but the kids had a lot of fun. I gotta say the room was clean.

I didn’t like the weather when we were there bcoz it was raining and the rain dropped to the plant leaves where our bed room was near the entrance door and all we could hear were those rain drops falling on those leaves and it made us sleepless that night.

Went for a tennis tournament so having the option of bigger units for teams is great!! This unit had AC, (I think some do not) but opening the sliders and having a nice cool breeze was just right! Location to tennis courts in Kaanapali is close. Love having a washer /dryer and ice maker all in the unit is so convenient!!

It’s a little dated, but has all the comforts of home.

Parking was easy, beautiful area, staff was great and very accommodating. Walkable to the beach across the street.

There was a lot of road noise where our condo was located. We brought a sound machine, after the second night we didn’t notice it anymore. Would stay here again.

The 2 bedroom condo was awesome. Spacious, nice view. Everything I could have asked for. Stayed with my 3 kids and my husband. Has a washer and dryer which was convenient. The location is prime for most places to go/see in the west.

I never saw a staff member. Check in was a locked box and check out they sent me place to place(neighboring hotels).

Only Downside is the Fans/Lights have remote controls that are able to be control other neighbors Fans/Lights. Inconvienente when neighbors decide to turn on a light at 4 am
