We loved that the room had a well resourced little kitchen, a coffee maker and full size refrigerator. We stopped at Costco after we landed to get food so we would not need to eat out for every meal. The pool area and Ohana room were very pleasant. This hotel is a quick walk to the beach. We preferred the beach at Kapalua Bay over Napili Bay. This was a slightly longer walk but worth it. There is a lovely coastal walk nearby. The hotel has a handy laundry room with coin op washers and dryers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

I didn't know there were no TV's so I was a bit surprised. I am an avid TV watcher so that would have detoured me had I noticed while booking. The last couple nights whoever was above me were super loud/heavy walkers. And at all hours of the night.

Rafaella was working the front desk and she was exceptionally kind and attentive to our requests. We were fortunate to be able to borrow beach chairs and an umbrella. We asked for a room on the 2nd floor and were accommodated. I couldn't believe we could have an ocean view/garden view and pool view in one unit . . . but we did . . . and it was wonderful.

We felt exceptionally comfortable . . . and loved so much about the stay. While other reviews complain the furniture is outdated, which is fair, it is in fine condition . . . so all was well. We even had a room divider in case one of us wished to stay up late and the other was ready for bed. Oh! And the kitchen was well-equipped (though short a paring knife). Everything else we needed was right at our fingertips.

Great communication before arrival. Easy check-in and check out. The staff was very helpful on site. The appartment was clean and well furnished. Easy to park. The pool was ok. Laundry room easy to use. Loved the "help yourself shelves" with books/games/toiletries/pantry food. Loved that we had 2 beach chairs easy to take to the beach. The beach was 2 min away. Awesome to have a coffee place and snorkel gear shops on site.

I think we could use a bit more things in the kitchen like a cutting board. The pool area was a bit sad because no one was using it but maybe it was this time of the year. It would have been useful to have a mini map of the hotel and the surroundings to know what to do, we didn't get info at check-in.

The check in was easy and secure. The room was decorated nicely and gave the feeling of home away from home. We looked forward each night to relaxing in the very comfortable bed. The pool was always kept clean as well as the surrounding areas, and the pool temperature was perfect both day and night. We enjoyed our privacy with the surrounding foliage. The drop down screen on the lanai was a nice touch, although not used. The beach was a short distance and we saw a couple turtles swimming by. The staff was very attentive to any request and even supplied a new fry pan as there wasn't one in the room. Hi'i @ Snorkel Bobs was a wealth of information for day trips and activities. I'm glad she was close by. Overall, we were pleased.

It was difficult to find the right building on the first night, in the dark, after a long day of travel. Using a key to exit the property was a little over the top. Although there seemed to be vacant rooms, the one overhead was booked to a couple of "elephants" on our last two nights. The way they walked sounded like they would fall through the ceiling. The cabinets are slightly outdated and the drawer faces need tightened. A little updating couldn't hurt.

The size of the rooms is perfect, with a king bed and a sitting area with a futon. The bed is very cozy. Proximity to ocean is amazing. Pool toys available, very nice ohana room for outdoor eating and group events like lei-making or listening to a rainstorm. Staff is kind and attentive.

Pool can be cold as it is shaded much of the day. Air conditioning is very noisy in some rooms.

the room was very comfortable and having a kitchen with a full size fridge was so awesome. the location could have been better; parking was also very easy. i really loved how i could hear the waves from my bed and the staff were amazing.

no jacuzzi; older building so A/C wasn't the best but it also wasn't necessary since the weather was mild.

Great room with balcony to watch the sunsets. Super close to the beach, which offered amazing snorkeling from shore. 2 beach chairs and beach towels included with the room. Full kitchen so we could make our own meals. We will definitely stay here again!

The room was comfortable and we loved the swimming pool.

Quite pricey for what it is but that's the case almost everywhere in Hawaii. Napali is very far away of almost everything in Maui, so be ready do drive almost 40' one way to go anywhere. If you're planning to just spend the time there enjoying the north west coast beaches you'll be fine, but it was not our case. No staff on weekends so we had to check in by ourselves (which was very easy).

Very large and confy beds. All amenities you need: cooking tools, hob, oven, big fridge with freezer... Spacious terrace. Well kept garden.

More like a motel than a hotel, a little outdated, with a strong smell of cooked food from old times. Be aware that the reception is opened a very limited time and if you need anything you must call. The most anoying thing was the noise from the very near busy road. There is an opening into the external wall so there is very weak noise insulation.
