Location is perfect . Access to the beach , 5 Min walking… Space in the House are very well distributed . the house is very comfortable and well equipped Beach equipment is a Plus The pools are marvelous ! Staff is kind and supportive !

The late check in is a little bit complicated… you arrive super tired and then you have to call a person , etc… you don’t expect to do this until you get there… Smell of the sheets were NOT nice , like they were not washed or not super clean. I really disliked this. Advise the staff to double check this .

One major upkeep issue with a broken patio door which affected air flow. Possibly a supply issue over which management has no control.

Front Desk Staff (Mae and Kaysha) were exceptionally helpful--always smiling/friendly, gave good advice re: places to go, dining, etc.---They were amazing! When there were technical problems in the room (TV, internet, etc.), and maintenance was called, they came in record time (usually 5 minutes or less!!)--have been places where you wouldn't get service for a day or two--this was exceptional service! Liked that you could get DVDs to watch for free--provided something to do in the evenings.

"our" beach had lots of rocks in the water, and high waves, but there was another, better sheltered beach nearby so it wasn't a big problem. Wish our patio had a bit better view (we were ground floor, and plants/trees blocked our view of pretty much anything else. These were very minor things--overall and excellent experience!!

Cozy, upstairs condo unit with an open floor plan and well furnished. A lot of thought went into to the deco, it feels much more like a home than a resort. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook full meals. The extras; books to read, board games, beach chairs and umbrella with other beach toys to choose from on site. To the special guest book to share your experiences with the owner and other visitors to the condo. A touching reminder that this place is someone’s home away from home that they share with others. Views of the ocean from the balcony, as well as, walking distance to one of the most sought after beaches in the world (Poipu) waves or snorkeling, sea turtles, monk seals, fish and other under the sea wildlife can be found here for all comfort levels. Walking distance to restaurants and a short car ride to grocery stores. Our air conditioner failed during our stay and within hours of the office opening we had a new one in the unit. But to be honest the airflow from open windows and a fan worked equally as well.

There really wasn’t anything we disliked.

Great location near beaches and restaurants.The condo was very large and had a nice garden view. The grounds were beautiful, with easy walking paths.

There were stairs from the parking lot to access even the ground floor units. We had a second floor unit, adding even more stairs. There is no air conditioning in any of the units.

Beautiful grounds and pools, the condo itself was spacious. There is a greenbelt that connects to Poipu Beach (0.2 miles) and Shipwreck Beach (0.5 miles). Very easy, beautiful flat walk. They also supply you beach towels.

The temperature was fine (travelled in January) but you should be aware there is only AC in the master bedroom (portable unit).

Beautiful location, comfy and spacious, well appointed, clearly well taken care of.

We loved the place. Our only nit was that all of the knives weren't sharp.

The condo was big, all appliances were functioning fine. Beautiful views, balconies facing lushy green palms. Easy access to Poipu beach, 14 min slow enjoyable walk with kids or 3 mins by car, easy beach parking. Great community from across all North America, most folks were families with kids. Nice and friendly staff. A few reviews complain about no central A/C. That was not an issue at all. It's close to the sea and breezy at night. It was easy to adjust.

EVERYTHING! I walked in to my place to a special chocolate and birthday greeting as I checked in on my actual birthday. THANK YOU, ASTON staff. I was SO TOUCHED. The location is less than a couple minutes from Poipu beach and 5 mins from Grand Hyatt. The property is beautiful with nicely maintained walking grounds. The staff are smiley, friendly and warm and wave and say hello on the property even while they are driving around in their carts. My one bed place was fully furnished from kitchenware, a kitchen, washer and dryer just to name a few. It was SUCH A SWEET TREAT to come home to home after a long day touristing. I loved the fans in every area. It exceeded my expectations from looking at the photos. It has a porch with sofas and a full dining table and chairs. They even provide beach chairs, towels, beach umbrellas, an actual big rain umbrella, snorkeling gear! There’s a little cute nook area with a chair and phone. I also loved the living room space and bar area looking out into the outdoor patio. I loved the color scheme and furniture. The whole place was very spacious and can definitely accommodate 4 people comfortably. This was BY FAR MY BEST PLACE BOOKED here on Booking.com. I LOVED easy access to everywhere through the resort ground pathways and they are well lit also. You can seriously walk to any of the resorts, the beach and other beaches.

The refrigerator was loud and I think I could hear the upstairs’ fan going when I was trying to sleep so I had to use ear plugs. I’m just very sensitive to the slightest noise.

Well maintained grounds. Love the swimming pools and hot tub. Staff was great - particularly Kaysha at the front desk who attentively resolved our accommodation issue (incorrect # of beds) which we appreciate.
