The location was great. Right across from the beach and easy walk to shops and restaurants. Central location for better access to North Kihei and Wailea.

Parking could have been a bit better. Lots of reserved spots that were unavailable which sometime meant a hike to the apartment.

Large apartment with fully equipped kitchen, good location, beach in walking distance. Good washing machine and dryer.

The bed was not comfortable, a heavier person in the double bed tends to roll to the side because the mattress is too soft.

Comfortable, nicely appointed unit in a generic Hawaii decor sort of way. Very nice grounds, very good location. Bus stop nearby that goes to Wailea shops & resorts.

Pricey option but we were pretty much desperate to find another comparable property after arriving at our original reservation only to find someone in the unit at another complex. Room charges jumped from $237 night to $303 and $311 Valentines week- for the same room. All the fees charged really add up in Maui even with Genius discount. $29 Pools are pretty much taken over by shrieking children.

Excellent location and a great stay. We were steps away from the beach, the facilities and grounds were all in great shape (beautiful garden path!). We didn’t require any interaction with staff after check in as we had everything we needed, but there were staff all around working hard to keep the grounds beautiful and available if we had needed anything. It seems that our room was upgraded to a. Larger suite without cost which was a nice perk!

That was the perfect stay in Maui! The hotel is just in front of Kamaole II beach. Some good restaurants nearby at walking distance and all Kihei beaches nearby. I had some stuff I bought and the hotel concierge received, no problems, no fees. The parking lot is at the 2nd floor, no problem at all as well. The hotel let us use their beach towels and replaced them for new ones everyday. The beach chairs were amazing, I mean amazing! Room is large, well lit, bed is great, nice shower, and you have a glimpse of the Hawaiian ocean from the balcony. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Kauai

We didn’t like the parking system and help desk for parking

Location is convenient to getting around Maui. Place was clean and had all kitchen necessities, washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms and a/c for sitting and bedrooms. Beach chairs and umbrella were available as well. Parking was included, just couldn’t park in owner reserved spaces. You could walk across street to the beach. Pool and hot spa available for use.

Electricity was out for 1-1/2 hours last night of stay. Don’t purchase ocean view, the building is across the street not on the beach.
